Wednesday about 1pm and this place is SO busy, but the crew was very fast. I had to pull to the side and wait for my order but the man working the window ran out my food, was very nice, and apologized for the wait. If this guy isn’t a manager yet he definitely should be! Really impressive speed for a mad lunch rush.

Food always served warm and fairly quickly for a number 2 large with a coke. Cashiers are kids but seem very entitled and rude. Most of the staff don’t make eye contact, no thank yous or any kind of hospitality. One in Uxbridge off 146a has much better staff and same or better quality of food.

I want to congratulate McDonald’s for the period at 2:46 p.m. when they made my frappe amazing. It was the only McDonald’s to date that did it correctly, as per the photo, as per McDonald’s publication. The way a frappe should be made, congratulations to this team. I hope you show everyone. What is the correct way? If the others don’t know, McDonald’s should take lessons from these guys. Thank you.

I wish I could leave a better review because the morning staff here are some of the nicest, hardest workers.
The night shift at this location is beyond a clown show. Always arguing with each other openly and hands down, some of the most incompetent adults I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Tonight they lost my order, asked me to pull up to the door, and then proceeded to serve every car behind me before I went in and asked where my order was. I assume the manager (blue shirt older lady) hardly had the qualifications to clean toilets let alone run a shift at a fast food restaurant. Waited about 20 minutes to get my order. At a McDonald’s. Do better

I go usually in the Morning (i have had good experiences at night), and this McDonalds has always been good to me and their friendliness stands out. I travel a big commute for work and im normally roasting the McDonalds around this state, but this one is one that I go out of my way to travel a town over to visit (i dont like the one in my town).

No big Mac or MC crispy in the bag when we got home. I realize that it is up to the customer not the business to make sure the orders are correct but it is still a let down when you only have 2/3 of your order. What we did get was good but it did not make the 8 dollar value meal very valuable.

Was pleasantly surprised with the service we received. Very pleased with the politeness and sincere attitudes. Food was good as well, we just had to wait approximately 10 minutes before given our food. (Drive-thru).

Every time I come here there seems to be a problem, last week I came here and was sitting in line for 20 minutes to find out they didn’t have power, you guys could’ve put up a sign in the intercom stating you guys didn’t have power instead of making everyone wait 20 minutes until they finally figured out what was going on. I came here again and didn’t even get half my order, you guys didn’t give me my drink and when I asked about it I got an eye roll and a “ok”, I got hash browns that were so over cooked they crumbled as soon as I tried to break it apart and the potato part was way over cooked. They also forgot my breakfast burrito. I don’t understand how hard it is to look at a screen and put what it says in a bag. My order ended up getting fixed but it never should’ve looked how it did and I should’ve have gotten attitude when I asked for my drink
