Normally the service and food is good here. However, i was served a large diet coke with part of a plastic bag in it. Thought it was ice but when looked closer, I saw the bag. No one at the restaurant knew how or why it was there. Very disturbing.

This is the second time we’ve gone through the drive thru and the second time they’ve not gotten the order right… Missing fries from a happy meal (thank you for triggering a 3 year old melt down for us…) and mixed up cherry coke for a requested root beer. Disaster!

Ordered online at 8:15. Pull up at 8:45, manager comes out and tells me they are closed. Says there was a system error. Refuses to give me my food or a refund. They change their hours to whatever suits them. St least update the app and shut off orders.

certain people who work in that place are garbage I think not even a stray dog eats what they sold me… it doesn’t matter paying the cost of the food but they are garbage especially the manager who was in front….. I asked him Yes, it was like that in the days before I bought it, it was an excellent service, the boy who attended me was very kind, but the cashier they had today is useless, she gave me attitude….
