Regular visitor here for more than 5 years. Never had this issue at this level and always went on without complaining, but today I couldn’t tolerate this much of burned bun from an online order. I could smell burnt scent immediately on the first bite. Please don’t make a sandwich again with this kind of bun.

List Jack in the box in particular has a very unique drive-thru. Very quick service. Today’s meal was good the fries were crispy the chicken head was a good size. Overall that’s better Jack in the box than others.

Have to say this last experience was pretty horrible. Placed a mobile order, for tacos, curly fries, and chicken sandwich. When I picked up the order, the manager and an employee we’re having a conversation about how bad there restrooms wer, smelly and very dirty. I grabbed my food and left. When I got home the tacos were soft and soggy. The fries were cold and stale. The chicken sandwich looked like they had made it and then stepped on it before placing it in the bag. Been to this jack many times. This is the second time I’ve had my order look and taste so bad.

Twice I have gone through the drive thru at this establishment paying by debit card and twice my bank alerts me after 2 – 3 days that someone is trying to withdraw my money from an atm. I don’t know how they do this but something is going on. From now on I will pay cash at any restaurant instead of using my debit card. The first time it happened was around covid time around 4 years ago. The second time occurred recently. This is an important detail. I have never received bank alerts until visiting this establishment. I will never return here.

I have been to this location a few times and over the last year the service and food has gotten worse. Today I ordered 2 tacos and the first taco had just a small amount of meat in it. The 2nd taco had a sprinkle of meat inside. I am really disappointed and do not plan on returning to this location.

During the drive thru. Didn’t get any condiments even though I asked. No curly fries even though they charged me for it. Poor burger love, I only got one piece of lettuce. This place is so close to home, but I’m afraid I won’t be coming back.
