What’s up with all the low reviews? My food came out in under 30 seconds after ordering and they even included ample napkins in the bag too. No complaints here! Great location too, right off the highway into Boston.

If you’re taking the Masspike up to Boston from CT, you may be tempted to stop here for some food or a bathroom break. This is literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to while traveling, hands down. Even better is they never fail to disappoint every single time. Mobile orders take 20+ min to fill, but don’t worry you can use that time to witness all the other counter orders that have been improperly filled, have missing items, or were just plainly ignored.

Literally the slowest service I’ve ever received. If you’re going to keep both the front counter and drive thru open, make sure you can get customers in and out, quickly. Years I’ve spent in QSR operations; the franchisee of this location should be concerned. Drive-thru speed of service standards being the priority with 15 visibly frustrated customers waiting for their orders to be taken at the front counter…..abysmal.

Very BAD service. don’t go here they literally forgot a bunch of my meal and their soda machine didn’t work I pressed the button thing to get HIC and it didn’t work then coke just started spraying all over my arm. Wouldn’t recommend!

Was waiting for my order for over 10 minutes. I told the manager if they’ve already called my number. She then proceeds to say “the order 20 minutes ago?” I said “no around 10 minutes ago.” She then turns her back to me and hides in the back. I waited a few more minutes for her but she never came back. Absolutely horrendous service.
