It’s in the campus food court, which I should have known would be an issue. No I don’t go to school there, we were staying in a hotel and my son wanted it.
You have to order at a kiosk, which is fine, but it was not user friendly at all. (And I’m not dumb) they were out of all grilled chicken, I waited for a very long time for my order, got back and had one mayo packet and none of my other sauces I ordered. My sandwich was soggy, my husband’s weren’t any better. My son’s nuggets were fine.
I get being in a campus and busy, but you should still be held to company standards. Especially for the astronomical price.

Always a good bet. The spicy chicken is better than Mickey Dee’s. And always good and hot. Service is always good.

The best. I’m from Florida and I’ve had my fair share of chicken, wasn’t expecting it to be that good because of the location being in a hole in the wall on campus. It was the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever had. Katrina was so polite and one of the nicest cashiers I’ve encountered considering how many people they were serving. Very busy due to a good reason. The food was ready and hot before I could even turn my back! Definitely worth a stop.

This location is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have visited. I only come here to use up flex money and get salad if they would actually make it right. Lately the salads have been so sad with less and less greens and they always forget the chicken. This is the 2nd time I have had to drive back to get the chicken that comes with the salad. Employees are usually nice but the kitchen needs to get it together. My order has been messed up numerous times by this location, including no whipped cream or cherry on a shake, no granola with the yogurt that comes with it, forgotten chicken and chicken nuggets, fries that aren’t even the full fries – just a container of the crumbs at the bottom, and more. They’re the only location this close, but I wouldn’t recommend them at this point. So tired of not getting what I paid for.

Like Daniel said in another review, Taz really is great. I’m not sure how, but she remembered my usual order. I was surprised she did, with all the customers she probably encounters. She’s really sweet.
The rest of the employees there are amazing too. During rushes around 11:30-12:00 they are quick and professional. I end up getting my order in 5 mins or less. Thank you all for making my college experience better :>

Chick-fil-A. Yummy. Quick service. Just order what you like at the kiosk. Service is efficient and speedy. I personally like the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich meal with the waffle fries and the Chick-fil-A sauce. The only downside is that this location is only open when the university is in session.

The food must of been sitting for a LONG time! My bread was soggy and the fries weren’t hot. This place gives Chick-fil-A a very bad name. I will NEVER eat here again!!! No wonder it’s on a campus. Those college kids don’t care about their food they aren’t working for a living yet.
