If I could give 0 stars I would, I ordered food through my phone for my break while I was at work and when I got there they were absolutely swamped, all the staff were yelling and screaming at each other and the customers, and the ripped me off too. I ordered a meal and they didn’t put any pickles on my sandwich which I had asked for and they didn’t give me my drink nor a cup to get it from the soda station. I’ve been starting to have increasingly worse and worse problems with this one location In particular. For example I’ve gone through the drive thru about t to 6 times in the last month always ordering the same thing, a cheeseburger with extra pickles and extra onions and they never put any extra but yet they charge me for the extra. Honestly none of the kids in there know how to properly count money nor properly make or do anything there. Honestly this location is one big scam and they’ll rip you off time and time and time again. Seriously one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to ones all across the U.S.A.!
!Update! Literally less than 5 minutes after writing this review I opened my 4 pc nugget only to find a shirt black hair resting next to the food in the box. This place is honestly so disgusting and they’re going to end up getting someone sick and being shut down! I’m very disappointed! It’s not that hard to do better guys seriously come on!

I wish they would actually resolve the problems instead of ignore them. I’ve had way to many problems at the specific location even though I was a former employee. They are always slow and always mess some part of an order up. My parents have problems when they go through and are always missing part of their order. I got my grandparents coffees there not to long ago who are both diabetic and every time I order a sugar free iced coffee they always I mean always give me the one with sugar syrup. They are very unprofessional and they need to get they act together. They should really pay attention and stop giving customers attitude. New management sucks.

I don’t eat at MD a lot, but sometimes a quick bite when I’m in the rush. Do you guys at MD purposely throw the fries upside down in the bag? Is it really that hard to put it in the bag upright?? I stop by this one once in a while. Every time it’s something. I had modified my cheeseburger, so they put a sticky receipt on the wrapper. Well, they wrapped my cheeseburgers with the receipt paper inside the wrapper, touching the food. Seriously?! Receipt paper contains BPA and BPS. Plus, it’s disgusting. Fries always come stale and have a weird taste. Maybe the oil is not good. Sometimes the burger is over salted to where you can’t even take another bite.

Bro. Fries weren’t salted at all but they were fresh. They forgot the apple pie, also got hot honey sauce instead of honey mustard. All I ordered was a large fry, small coke and an apple pie.

Brought home some McDonald’s for lunch today. Nothing crazy, just a McDouble and a medium fry. The drive thru moved quickly even at lunch rush which was nice. One thing about McDonald’s is the food never stays very warm in the takeout. I only live 10 minutes away, the burger is cold and the fries were as well. I still enjoyed everything though. I appreciate the quick service you’d expect from a fast food joint.

No standards. This is the only place to eat within a 20 mile radius??30mins and they straight up quit on the drive thru line. They took my money. I waited 30+ mins and had to drive away with no food. They treat people like cattle here.

I haven’t had a filet o fish in a long time so thought I’d do drive thru. Team members were great. Very efficient ordering, cash out and delivery. My sandwich was piping hot. I was very disappointed in the sandwich. It literally had 3 pea-sized smudges of tartar sauce. I bought two sandwiches so my second one is being brought home where I can add the appropriate amount of tartar. The picture is if the other sandwich. A tiny bit more tartar but not nearly what I’m accustomed to.

After ordering a crispy chicken sandwich meal and a quarter pounder meal I received two quarter pounder meals which we only realized it when we got home. We were home so decided to just eat it and move on. However at the end of my meal, as I’m slowly sipping my drink, I feel something get slurped up through the straw and brush against my tongue. It was some sort of gelatinous, stringy thing that and I’m not making this up, felt like a loogie! So I spit it out onto my kitchen sink and what I saw made me NEVER want to eat McDonald’s ever again. And not just that but inside the cup was full of these black things. I took photos so that others could see. It is gross! Next time I’m just gonna cook.

Took my grandson to lunch. Everything was great until someone came and moved these benches by scapping them across the floor he went and got a ladder .to open the ceiling while we were eating, there were three customers eating in the area . Things were falling from the ceiling. I asked where the manager was and why that was happening while we were eating . She laughed and said it had to get done . Excuse me, people, not while we are eating .Can someone say board of health
