Very clean. Employees all seamed to in great moods and were helpful and courteous. This place has a play area for the kids. Big parking lot with a 2 lane drive through . Very well oiled machine. Place had a long line of cars in the drive through and was able to take care of me quickly (inside). Lots of handicap and regular parking . Clean bathrooms. Very impressed with how it is being run.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. They always forget half my order or they double charge and don’t refund you. Wait time is always ridiculous!!! They want better pay but the workers just keep getting worse. I think this Palmer McDonald’s should be gone for good. Never have a good experience there! Stay away!!!!

This McDonald’s is the worst. I mobile ordered and it took over 10 minutes to get my food… then, when I did not only did they gave me a smaller fry then I ordered (which is crazy because they are so expensive now) but I had to wait an additional few minutes after they gave me my food to get my cup for the soda I ordered (The girl just threw my order down on the counter and walked away… I stood there trying to get someone attention – everyone just ignored me) …While waiting I also watched an employee make food with the most disgusting and dirty uniform shirt I’ve ever seen. (This dude CLEARLY doesn’t wash his uniform before coming to work. When I say dirty, I mean it clearly hasn’t been washed in weeks!!) This place is just gross.

If I could rate a negative star I definitely would. Went here tonight after a long day and I get home to both my burgers without meat and just ketchup and cheese. I ordered the 2 cheese burger meal and got no burgers to eat ! Only thing they got right was my drink

We were served some fries that weren’t hot. Made our request known for hot fries to the manager and he really came through for us. He brought piping hot fresh fries to our table and was very courteous. Very impressed with his concern and service. And the facility itself was very clean. Great turnaround!!

We normally use the drive thru to place orders and generally use the app codes to receive discounts and free food. It’s an easy access to order, pay at 1st window And pickup at 2nd window. The building and the grounds are kept up nicely. McDonalds is always an quick stop for a bite to eat. Use your app when paying to earn points for discounts and rewards of free food.
