Service was excellent, she was super sweet and most of the time smiling. She did a really old job.

This is a bit of a late review My husband and I visited on Saturday, December 6th. We had also been here back in August with my parents in law, who were visiting from Korea. We had such a good experience then that we decided to come back again for breakfast. Both visits were very enjoyable, and we left feeling happy and satisfied each time. On both occasions, our waitresses were very professional, attentive, friendly, and fast! I’m sad that I don’t remember their names, but both times we were helped by a young blonde woman, and the service was excellent. The food portions were generous, and everything tasted great. I’ve tried several IHOP locations, including Roseville and Folsom, and this one is definitely the best.

Disappointing Take-Out Experience at IHOP (12/15)
I had a truly unpleasant experience at IHOP during my take-out order. When I picked up my order, I was dissatisfied with the quality and requested for it to be remade. Unfortunately, the manager, Jose, spoke to me very rude refused my request. I then asked for a refund, but he again refused, instead instructing me to call corporate for a refund stating he don’t have the money since I order on the app I should follow up on the app. No kind of manager skills at all. The browns was under cooked falling apart and soggy. The bacon was hard as a rock
I felt completely dismissed and left with no choice but to take the poorly prepared meal home, where I had to do my best to remake it myself. The lack of accountability and customer care was frustrating and unacceptable.
I hope IHOP takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both their food quality and customer service standards.

Came here with the family two weeks ago on a Tuesday early brunch hours.
Service was excellent, but the food not so good. Actually I take that back. My turkey bacon was cooked to perfection and my potatoes were seasoned very well! But everything else just wasn’t that good compared to the Madison Ave location.
Maybe we’ll try again on a weekend.

I do not know why this place is rated so low. The waitress was extremely pleasant, worked hard, it was just fun. The food was great and came quickly. The restaurants spotlessly clean. I’m here for a conference, and I’m not even going to try any other place because it’s so close, and is a great place to eat.

I ordered pancakes. The dough itself is tasteless, dry and gives off soda. There were cream and strawberries on top, but that didn’t save the situation either. It’s very nice to sit in this place! Clean enough, good location of the interior, the waiters are nice.
