Went in at about 7:30 pm on a Thursday. Stood at the counter for about 5 plus minutes and no one was waiting on me. A few people hanging around the fry station talking about their diets, and how they lost weight recently. I know someone had to have seen me standing there! It must be nice to get paid to do nothing. I ended up leaving! That location is losing money by people walking out.

This place is absolutely disgusting by far one of the dirtiest McDonald’s locations that I think I have ever been to and that says a lot considering it’s right off of the highway the parking lot in the woods that surrounded are completely riddled with garbage very clearly the workers have no interest in actually cleaning up the way that they are supposed to there are outright garbage bags dumped in the parking lot back to where the highway there are bugs everywhere and very visible signs of an rat infestation. I don’t know how anybody can justify giving people a paycheck to do jobs that they very clearly do not actually do this place should be shut down by the Board of Health I will never come to this disgusting hellscape again

Stopped for a quick bite to eat. We chose to eat in. Although modern inside it was disgusting. My feet were actually sticking to the floor. You could hear others as they walked because they were too suction cupped to the floor. All 6 trash containers were overloaded and spilling onto the floor. I watched 2 employees walk by and step over the trash on the floor. I went to the girl at the register and said I understood they were busy but the trash was overflowing and I was afraid someone would fall. She was extremely polite and it was her to come out and empty. She was surprised to see the mess, which tells me the dining room had not been attended to. If it wasn’t for that sweet employee and quick response I would give 1 star

this is gonna sound like a prank but its not- we put in two very small mobile orders and pulled up to the speaker. after 10 mins of waiting, they started making goblin noises at us and never gave us our food. we went to taco bell instead

Definitely not fast food! Not the first time I’ve been there and it takes forever to get food. The food was cold after waiting and my chicken sandwich didn’t have any spicy sauce on it. Literally two pickles and chicken in a bun. No sauce and was extremely dry. Very disappointed with McDonald’s lately. Only reason I go there is for happy meals for my two kids.
