Food not done. Sends me to wait in parking spot labeled 1 Reserved Drive Thru. Says okay be ready in 6 minutes. 20+ minutes later no one has come out. We go in and they don’t even know we’ve been waiting there this whole time. No apology given.

I have given this McDonalds so many chances before filling in a review and yet they amaze me each time with such poor service, food, cleanliness and the list goes on…Its horrid..One night my friends and I sat in the drive Thu for 40 minutes with 4 other cars. The workers were socializing. When I spoke to the manager about it, she was very unkempt and rude…as I drive away I told her what we thought…she got mad she ran through the restaurant to the door and yelled and cursed and flipped us off at us as we drove. I stopped and yelled back to her…if she or her employees moved that fast to wait on us….service. wouldn’t be an issue

You’d think they prep for the rush hour is always a 10-15 minutes wait not to mention they messed up the orders half the time with all the rush.

the food tasted aweful. the slushy was very watery. the french fries were cold and the chicken nuggets were hard and disgusting. and all of they’re ice cream sort deserts were out of order. hamburger was greasy. we were going to eat there but left because there was food and trash on the seats

It’s delicious… that’s because it’s loaded with salts and sugars. Anyone who eats at McDonald’s KNOWS it’s horrible for you, so I don’t need to talk about that. This particular McDonald’s has pretty sub par service, even for a place where everyone hates their job. The place is relatively clean. Some of the tables were messy. The bathroom was nasty… but it’s McDonald’s.

I had the worst grilled chicken sandwich here Wednesday evening around 7 pm. The lettuce was old and wilted. The chicken was hard and dry. It tasted funny as well, like it had been sitting there for a long time. I should have taken a photo. Never again.

Just threw away a $7 lunch. Fries we’re cold. Had two cheeseburgers. Luckily I check out my food before I bite into it. One cheeseburger had some strange looking black stuff on the pickle. I couldn’t get past the bun on the other. It had a pool of….maybe oil with little black stuff floating in it. Made me question how clean they are (I went through the drive thru). Totally tossed it. Was on my lunch break and couldn’t take it back.

This was honestly rediculos. When I got my drink it was banged up and way to over filled. They also forgot our chicken nuggets after the lady repeated it. Not to mention you might have to wait for a seat, infact some people have to sit on the ground.

Overall there was nothing terrible but i’m the type of person that values morals+ honesty very much and simpily believe it’s the right thing to do to treat any other person the way you want to be treated. Saying that, I did have a bad experience at this particular drive through, again, it wasn’t anything huge but still I felt pretty disappointed that Mcdonalds even made it possible to happen. Basically at this time period they had a special on the 20 piece chicken McNuggets meal and it was cheaper to get that entire meal then it was to get a 10 piece nuggets alone. NOT THE NUGGET MEAL THAT WAS 10 PIECE, JUST THE 10 NUGGETS WERE MORE EXPENSIVE then the 20 AND a drink AND fry’s. I noticed after I ordered as I was pulling up to the window to pay and asked the girl if there was a mistake on the prices or a mixup between those 2.Her response of a simple no why left me wondering just how many people per day pay an extra $1 to get less then half as much food and maybe more if they go and buy a drink they should have for free. As I said earlier, not anything HUGE, did they do anything illegal absolutely not, but if that was me I’d make a suggestion and ask if they wanted to exchange, it’s the right thing to do. If she was specifically told not to tell ppl by management then i’d understand more but then the least she could have done was apologize. I can say with nearly 100% certainty that the girl at the drive-through window was not the person that thinks up their selling practices and store procedures, it’s not her fault but still, maybe i’m old fashioned but I just hope for more out of everyone.
