Should be ZERO stars for everything!
We came here August 4th around 6:30 and there was no cars in the drive-thru and when we walked in, some girl was sitting at a booth smoking something. She immediately got up when she saw us and ran to the back of the kitchen leaving a lot of smoke in the dining area. She then started to handwash trays and never acknowledged our existence. We were the only customers in there. There was nobody at the counter and there was some guy sitting in the back starring at his phone and never looked up. Several minutes later we heard a voice saying sorry for the wait and to give them some more minutes. WHY?
We waited several more minutes and nobody ever came to the counter, so we just left.
It seemed like they may of had something suspicious going on and didn’t care about customers. We will never come here again.

I was extremely excited to try del taco but I really should have gone anywhere else. I have never tasted a chicken so gross and mis flavored, so many seasoning with a taste of weeks old water in the chicken. For some reason the carnitas had the aroma of a beer, and taste almost as suck as well. The steak taco looked like beyond meat and the corn tortilla was still raw not warmed enough to be soft to fold it was cracking. Hoping for a good recommendation we asked the lady in the window she suggested the epic burrito and nothing else, I really should have taken that as a sign that over 20plus items on the menu and he safe go to was a ground beef burrito? Everything was absolutely underwhelming, a waste of time, and money. We even had to go all the way back because there was no chicken in the first quesadilla, which was for a kid. Nothing besides fries and beans and cheese was kid friendly either. We got extra fries trusting the sign that said best fries, no they were not. Idk if the oil was not changed or those fries did not get drained correctly but they tasted and felt like oil. My stomach hurts from trying any of this food. The best part was the hi c fruit punch, even the dr.pepper did not have syrup flavor only carbonation. I would love yo speak to a manger this was an extremely unpleasant experience! Everything was tasted an thrown out we could not stomach any of it!

The lazy worker decided making a shake would cause too much work re cleaning the shake machine so she denied me my order….. no, I can make you one in x amount of minutes…… just a straight I can’t. Horrible service. Happened feb 6 at 12:53 am. Only Del Taco I have been to that thinks they can operate like McDonald’s and skimp out of orders to save themselves work. 0 stars.

On a Saturday at 10:30pm, we ordered a cali chicken burrito and Carne Asada burrito meal. Both burritos were slightly below room tempature. We had to return the burritos and asked for a refund to avoid the possibility of food poisoning. The fries and drinks were good and the young lady at the window was very pleasant. The young lady was stressed as she hadn’t ever done a refund before and had to call her manager.

This place is fairly new & I had not been in yet. I never even eaten in a Del Taco. I missed lunch & needed a quick thing to fill that empty space.
My chicken burrito was good with a fresh taste. Not greasy & tortilla was perfect. Fries would not be my 1st choice with a burrito meal, but that’s how it came. Fries were very plain, but with ketchup mixed with salsa they tasted better. Guy said they had sweet tea, well it was not. I went back up, ask guy to add some lemonade, he did saving the day. He made a negative a positive.
As you can see in the pictures place was clean & organized. Customer service was good. I would eat here again.

The cashier working drive thru Tuesday late night really accommodated us in a helpful and friendly way. They ran out of burgers, but different options were presented and everything came out fresh and good. Really impressed with the attitude, considering it was late night. CLEAN and Inviting! I was greeted as I entered, very friendly staff!! Customer service and food quality in the restaurant is good!!! Tried the Birria Grilled Combo Burrito, Birtia Ramen Noodles and it was very flavorful!!!!! Give it a try!!!!!!!!!!!
