The food is hit or miss. Last night I got a Big Mac, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Last week I got a Big Mac, it was inedible. The bun was either stale or in a microwave for too long, hard as a rock on one side. It was after they closed by the time I got home with the food, so couldn’t go back with it.

I tried ordering a 2 cheeseburger meal AKA the #7, and the girl taking the order was very confused (I’m assuming she’s new which is fine, but I’m not surprised she’s not getting the right training from the other girl back there with her…. Keep reading) Said it didn’t exist. Took me 5 minutes to explain it’s right on their menu and I order it often. I pull up to the first window and I told them I had a code and I was greeted with nothing but disrespect from the other girl (not newbie). Tried telling me I can’t use my code unless I say it at the speaker. Sorry ma’am, but did you ever ask for it? You didn’t. Why should I have to make it apparent that I have code? Since when did McDonald’s become so lazy? It never used to be this way. I’ve always given it at the first window. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with mac sauce and they couldn’t even get that part right, only 1 had Mac sauce and the other didn’t. So not only was my experience unpleasant due to the rudeness of the girl at the first window, they also made my order wrong. I tried calling the store several times and nobody answers. Does anyone work here? When did Hadley McDonald’s become a dumpster fire? Seriously Ronald McDonald, get your c r @ p together. You can’t keep hiring these hooligans off the street and not expect all of these horrible reviews. They speak for themselves and I’m clearly not the only person who’s had this kind of experience.

Food was disgusting. Fish sandwich. Only thing palatable was root beer. Overnight 30 years ago, I really enjoyed a Big Mac meal. Ugh. I was also working at a convenience store so choices were limited.

Pretty horrible. Didn’t bring the food over to the table because they were too busy to provide the table service they offer. So I got to wait with hungry children for cold food. Soggy fries, missing toys in the happy meals, forgot the drinks. Can’t wait until my kids like real food.

Had a nice experience, I ordered past 2 A.M because wendy’s had a long line and then closed, but McDonalds had no lines and prepared my order within 5 minutes. Awesome!

Unpleasant experience and poor customer service. Waited about 20 minutes in drive-through. Fast forward two days, found I was charged twice for a $30 order. I called the store and was asked to come in person with my bank statement (I live an hour away). I was also told that I should’ve handled the situation when it occurred (I wasn’t given a receipt for the transaction) – in other words, the customer must check their bank account once they place an order. It’s been a week and no refund.

Been waiting in drive through for 20 mins and the line hasn’t moved. They are lucky I was a mystery shopper. Left without ordering went to Wendy’s was waited on and served in 5 mins. So Hadley your McDonald’s sucks.
