Consistently gets my order wrong. And there’s no longer free refills. Ordered nuggets and got a box of mayo instead. Went back and asked for a new one the next day and the guy on the speaker said he’d take care of it, but they weren’t in the bag when I got home.

We would order from time to time at this location and numerous times they would mess up an order that didn’t have modifications. 2 cheeseburger meal that comes with condiments and additions to it when not asked for. Workers here clearly do not care. Manage better.

Womens restroom in the Easthamton MA location has the deoderizing spray mounted low by the sink so the occupant washing hands or a child standing by the sink can be sprayed with an aerosol. I think higher placement would keep everyone safe from being sprayed. A child could get that right in the face.

This may be one of the worst McDonald’s in the entire country. The food is NEVER made correctly. I can’t count how many times I’ve ordered a double cheeseburger ONLY KETCHUP, only to open it and find it covered in onions. Can’t count how many times the food has tasted like it was made 4 hours prior. Management doesn’t seem to care, the employees obviously don’t care…do not frequent this business

Got 2 orders of small fries which were served hot and crispy, a plain double cheeseburger which was overcooked but made correctly and then a mcchicken that didn’t have any mayo on it. Wasn’t the best experience this time

I pulled up to this McDonald’s expecting average service but when I spoke to Ben, he want above and beyond for me and my sickly grandma. He was nothing but nice and very hospitable. This is the third time i’ve come here in the last month and the service is SO disheveled. Made we wait in the parking spots for my food and didn’t even have chicken on either of my mcchickens. I went inside and everyone working seemed to not know anything about what was going on inside and I had to actively seek out my new order instead of them doing it for me. C’mon yall, I know food service is challenging but this made me feel genuinely disappointed on my break at work.
