Just was there this morning to see what it was all about. I really didn’t know what to get but knew I needed pumpkin and something strong but not to overbearing. The lady was so very sweet and recommended me just what I wanted, great customer service she was so sweet and so patient with me. I also got a sandwich and a muffin both were so good and tasted very fresh, pumpkin muffin really tastes like fall. I will be coming here from now on going forward for a morning treat to start my day of right.

So I went Sunday morning around 7am and I would say everything I tasted was delicious. I ordered a Cinnamon Sugar Latte, and Maple Waffle Sandwich and the Just Egg wrap that tasted as good as it smelled.

Idk what “cold foam” is to them but we aren’t on the same page. I’m drinking bubbles and cinnamon powder. They also never put enough ice in their drinks. So bummed I used to really like coming here!

I just went through the drive-thru and ordered 4 drinks, 2 cake pops and a cinnamon donut. I gave the guy at the window my card for the drinks and $5 cash tip. He took the tip and my card, then said he accidentally charged my card $5 tip as well. I said that was ok. However, then I was told they didn’t have the donut I ordered. I was asked if I wanted something else “on them”. Ummm, it wouldn’t be “on them” because I already paid for the $3 donut. I declined anything else and they still did not refund me for the donut. So essentially they made out with $10 tip and $3 of my money that I didn’t receive product for. Highly disappointed with the service provided at this location! The drinks were ok but not our favorite.

Love the hot chocolate here! They use real chocolate pieces that they melt and I always ask for extra. It comes out sooooo incredibly rich and truly chocolaty. It perks me up, helps hold over my appetite and gives me a boost better than coffee’s caffeine from the cocoa. So good! Super happy they finally opened a location closer to me here in DFW. I used to go to them up north in Minnesota.

Drive through was super pleasant and quick! I got an iced oat vanilla latte and it might be the best in the Grapevine/Southlake area. Lady with curly hair and christmas headband gave me a free cake pop for Christmas! Definitely recommend and will be back.

As a Minnesotan I’ve been waiting for 10+ years for Caribou to make its way down here to Dallas. It briefly made it inside the terminal at DFW but it was inside the terminal! So happy they opened one and everything is right by in the world. If you like Mocha’s this is your place! The hot chocolate is and mochas are made with actual melted chocolate not syrup and the difference can be tasted. The expresso and coffee is better than pretty much everything else here in DFW! Go try it. I recommend the Campfire Mocha or a caramel crafted press, these are my two go to drinks!

This place is such a nice addition to the area! It reminds me of LA the coffees are consistent and they actually have a vegan breakfast option that is so delicious and unique! It’s hard to find that mix here in Dallas for a decent price especially in this area. On top of that the employees are so sweet!

Top-notch coffee and very friendly service. Their campfire mocha is better than that more common coffee shop’s mocha. The latte was great. The food options were really good too. Barista recommended the cream cheese pumpkin muffin and DANG! So good. Ham and cheese thing was great too.

Appreciated the insight the barista gave. LOVE the Cranberry dark chocolate espresso! Every time I go it’s easy to order and tastes GREAT! Love it! Got some gift cards for some important medical workers.
