I would seriously avoid going here considering there is another McDonalds right up the street. The quality of food is consistently poor. The other McDonald on memorial drive I’ve never once had a problem with. I just ordered door dash got no syrup for my pancakes, scrambled eggs are full of water, biscuit is hard, coffee tastes bad. I’m not sure what goes on here

I stopped at this McDonald’s on 12/6, approximately 7:30pm. I ordered a hot coffee. There was no coffee made, so the lovely lady pulled me forward to the second pick up window and told me it would be out in three minutes, hot and fresh. Wonderful. 15 minutes later, no hot and fresh coffee. I parked my car and went inside. There were 4 crew members chatting in back, tucked away from counter. I had to lean in and say hello. All four looked at me. Didn’t say a word. Went back to chatting. One of the crew people chatting had a head band with 21 on it, so I assume it was her 21st birthday. Happy birthday to her but no one was helping me. So I had to yell back there for a coffee, which was made and just sitting there. One of the other crew walked it over and gave it to me. Didn’t apologize for the confusion, didn’t say have a good night. Didn’t say anything. Just gave me the coffee and went back to chat. So there it is. Not a great customer service experience at this McDonald’s. Fair warning.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 fish sandwiches that I ordered with mobile app. Worker had an attitude that it wasn’t his problem because drive through was busy. Unbelievably unprofessional.

This place sucks. I remember when fast food places were “fast” and actually provided good customer service. Half my meals from this location come out overcooked or cold. There is no sense of urgency by any of the lazy employees that look at customers like they are interfering with their day when it’s their job to serve customers. This location is proof as to the need to make fast food automated and kick the lazy employees to the curb, to include managers that don’t manage and come up with lame excuses for their ineptness.

Pleasantly surprised by this newly renovated McDonald’s. Everything is clean and tidy. Food is good, warm and come quickly. They are also open on Thanksgiving day as well. You can order via the counter or electronically through the machine as well. Definitely recommend

Slow isn’t the word for it. This was crawling and everything was cold. 15 minutes for 10 nuggets.

Clueless what a mcflurry is. There are entire generations who think a mcflurry is vanilla ice cream and toppings sprinkled ontop. This is so sad. MIX THE THING. I’m not paying for vanilla ice cream I’m paying for a Mcflurry.

So now that my toppings are all gone and all I have is 3/4 of a cup of vanilla ice cream can I go back in for more toppings?

Sense they didn’t give me a mcflurry I got a vanilla ice cream with sprinkles of crumbs

Just drove a coach bus in without warning and Celi was working the register. Absolutely incredible work ethic. She took everyone’s order, had to fill glasses with ice. She delivered meals to the tables. Helped someone being a pain with kindness. Ran back helping and bringing orders out. She did so with a quick pace and a friendly smile. Thank you Celi for your help. Our group appreciated you.

Service was extremely for dine-in order. I placed a second order for two Mcflurry, and they had deleted the order without serving it and took them some time to find it

The place was dirty and the drink dispenser was filled with trash and no napkins. The kiosks doesn’t print receipt when I ordered there.

Diabetics beware! Twice now at this location I filled my cup with coke zero and it was regular coke. My blood sugar shot up to over 200!
The first time it happened, (About 2 months ago or so) I went back to tell the manager and she admitted that there was an issue with the hoses mixed up. Apparently, it’s still an issue.
