Ordered a steak egg and cheese at the drive thru. Had to pull up and wait, that’s fine. Gor it, but then when I opened it down the road saw it was burned to the point of being inedible. I rotated it and tried to eat it from the other side, bit into it only to find it wasn’t even the right sandwich. It was Bacon, Egg, and cheese on a bagel with the steak egg and cheese sauce. At this point I turned back around. When I went inside the girl at the register was very bland about the whole thing. Went back to get me a new sandwich. The girl who had brought the sandwich out to me the first time said from the back “oh I messed up”.
I got rhe sandwich and left. I should have checked it. Got down the road and again, this one was burned just as bad. I managed to eat 1/4 of it and tossed the rest.

If I could give this place a negitive I would Dakota is by far the worst manager possible does not have any customer service working in the food industry as a general manager my whole life he definitely should not be upholding the name for his company as a franchise you should be ashamed of yourself

This place is so horrible. They always get orders wrong. All the staff are horribly mannered, except for one lady with purple hair. The only reason I’m leaving this review right now is because I literally just ordered a BACON Mc crispy and just got no bacon. Pfft, this place is horrible

I am consistently happy with this location. Food is always hot and food comes quickly. No lie, best McDonald’s I’ve been too. Also, I overheard a manager today talking to one of the young kids working, asking if he could stay late. He was very nice and I like how appreciative of his employee he was. Often at places like this I see customers and even managers treating terms at their first jobs like crap and it drive me nuts. This guy was really good and so was the kid at the window. Their interaction was sweet to watch.

Not only did I get charged for 6 burgers but received only 5, the burgers I did get had so much salt and pepper mix on them as to be inedible.
I used the drive-thru to order, as I often do after my 2 hour commute from work, and did not check my bag before I left. Now I know better.
The consistent intensity of salt and pepper across 5 burgers really makes it feel intentional – like someone was having a laugh or a bad day. I’ve never been this dissed by a fast food chain before. I’ll be going to Wendy’s in Ludlow for my quick evening meals from now on. Sorry, Ronald.

I visited this McDonald’s a multiple times now with mixed experiences. I have been served food that was fresh and hot at this location in the past but that was not the case today. I ordered a sausage burrito and a hash brown for breakfast, and unfortunately, the hash brown was undercooked which gave it a moist and soggy texture, and the burrito was rock hard at the ends and it appeared to have sat out for quite some time after it was prepared. I had to tear the ends off to eat it. The drive-through line was backed up to the street at 8 AM so I went inside and was greeted and served as soon as I walked through the door. The employees have always been friendly, but the quality of the food is inconsistent.

I ordered an extra Oreo, Oreo Mcflurry and large fry. Yall I was digging through this mcflurry to find the “Extra Oreo” – and I COULD NOT find it. Please refer to the photo attached. I typically wouldn’t care, but it’s the fact I paid an extra 50 cent for something I did not receive. Confused and slightly upset to say the least. The fry’s were swimming in salt… you could feel all the salt on the fries. The food here is usually great (despite the service) but that mcflurry was an atrocity. Promise i’m not big just sharing my experience lol.
