Decided to taste one of their specialty flavored teas. Now I love their soups one in particular that they no longer serve but what can I do. It was so good, it was almost like the Italian Wedding soup only better. But oh well so I got a black raspberry tea and some Mac and cheese for my nephew. Drink was very good as for the Mac and cheese he wouldn’t share so had to be good!

We ate here 2 days in a row. First day was great. Good food and pleasant staff. On the second day, we got our order to go. One of the soups was left out and the sandwich was half the size of the one we had the previous day. I was refunded for the soup, but maybe it is best to just eat in the restaurant.

Great place for a quick lunch or to just hangout and visit over lunch or dinner. They offer sandwiches, big fresh gourmet salads and soups. They have a big selection of salad dressings for salads. They also offer gluten free sandwiches.we had the gluten-free Rueben sandwich with fresh fruit which was good. The Savannah chopped salad was fresh and delicious. Also we had the southwest avocado salad which was good.

What a pleasant experience! I ordered a choose 2 on the app and set a pickup time. When I arrived at the window, Adie greeted me. What an absolute ray of sunshine! Seriously, she was the best! My order was ready right on time and was so yummy! Great service and a delicious lunch!

Looks like they’re making a lot of needed staff changes at the north side McAlisters. Glad to see that their best employee “Adie” is still there. She is so sweet and a true people pleaser with the cutest smile. She works the line like a ninja. I give her a 10!

Not good guys I ordered our food online and when I got there/the train me it said it would be ready I walked in to tell them they said it would be a little longer… I then am waited for a whole hour more than what the online app said!?!?! This place will close down if they don’t do sumthg this is the second time and we also didn’t get all our food either

Second time in a month I’ve order the 11$ chicken salad sandwich and there wasn’t really any chicken salad. It’s more like they used it as a condiment. I’ve had more ketchup on a burger than I got chicken salad these chicken salad sandwiches.

I used to go to McAllister’s ten years ago when I lived in Texas and so my visit was nostalgic although nothing can quite live up to nostalgia! The chips were delicious but the cheese sauce was watery to the point where it kept spilling on us, the table and the food whenever we dipped a chip. The sandwiches were fine, our favorite of which being the cranberry orange club.

If I could give you less stars I would. The bread was equal parts chewy and soggy. The second order on my ticket requested no sauce, and no spring mix, remnants of both we in/on the sandwich. So they couldn’t even be bothered to make the sandwiches after we ordered them?! Disgusting. As you can see below, the 4 oz container wasn’t even full. I will not be back nor will I recommend to ANYONE.
