DO NOT DO CURBSIDE PICK UP. About half a year ago they would never give me my curbside delivery I always had to go in. I thought maybe they were short staffed I stopped going here. I just tried again and waited In the parking lot for 10 minutes and still had to go in and my order is sitting on the table like before.

Parts of the potato were dry & burnt. All the ingredients that were supposed to be on the potatoe were not there & the meat was just cut in huge chunks instead of how they do it. The cashier/staff member had a snippy attitude when I asked for my missing ingredients.

Planned to get Chipotle but it was jam-packed. As I was leaving I noticed this place and decided to stop by. It was surprisingly good! Had the McAlister sandwich with the tortilla soup and it was superb! Staff was quick, courteous and the food didn’t take long at all. All in all a great place to try out if you’re in the area.

What is going on with this location?? It was good for a minute back when it first opened, but it has gone down hill significantly. I usually like the food and my office is only 2 minutes from here so it’s disappointing that the wait times and gotten so bad. It takes no less than 40 mins to get the food and I have tried every way to order/pick up. I opt for this on days I need to get my food fast because I need to eat lunch while I work…so the wait is not ideal.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m speechless. Today was my first time ever eating from this chain and WOW I’m truly blown away! The two artist that created my masterpiece, Christina & Alejandro truly took absolute pride when constructing my sandwich. Every ingredient of the sandwich was carefully placed with just the perfect amount of each item. Never in my life have I had a sandwich with this resounding amount of love, pride, and dedication put into it. Just 100/10. The manager Shirley is DEFINITELY managing her crew the correct way. Her team is truly dedicated to their jobs and obviously the work environment there is top notch. The right manager can truly make all the difference in the world. Thank you so much McAlister’s Stafford for a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ first experience. I wish I took a picture of the sandwich but I could stop eating it

The service is a lot better and faster at the location on University Blvd. There were 2 other customers dining in and it took the staff 20 minutes for 2 half salads and 2 half sandwiches. They also did not inlcude the pickle spear that usually comes with it. We didn’t leave a gratuity, and immediately the server’s demeaner and attitude changed towards us.

I ordered a chipotle ranch salad from here and let me tell you this has been the fourth time I ordered one and yet again MISSING dressing. I used to love this place but not anymore, I would not be ordering anything from here again. A shame really because that salad is the reason I liked the place.
