First time trying out this restaurant and I absolutely loved it. The food and service were amazing. It got busy as we got to our table. We saw them handle their rush hour. They got through the line like pros. Will definitely recommend this place.

We ate here for the last time last week on Sunday around 5p. The restaurant was practically empty of patrons but full of employees who were busy filling consistent drive thru orders. We were able to order easily and our food was served quickly and sandwiches were warm. The roast beef sandwich was really good this day with lots of beef and you could actually taste the horseradish sauce in every bite!! Both salads were full of toppings and the mac and cheese was very cheesy and also warm. Employees checked on ur regularly! Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely visit this location again soon!

My wife and I have ordered take out from this place 3-4 times. Every single time something on the order will be messed up. Either something will be completely missing or its just the wrong item ordered or its just terrible quality. This time our order was missing a side of broccoli and I also ordered a Cuban sandwich which is supposed to be toasted. The sandwich was so soggy it was falling apart in my hands and was also missing the pickles. Another side note- the Cuban comes on a baguette which is long and narrow. Typically people would fold the round pieces of ham in half and place it along the sandwich. Whoever made this just grabbed a stack of ham which is round and slapped it in the middle of the sandwich. So the ham is hanging completely off both sides and only in the middle of the sandwich (not evenly dispersed through the sandwich) so you just get bites of bread at the beginning and end of the sandwich. This place is completely incompetent i honestly dont understand how they have 4.0 stars

I’ve ordered take-out from here twice now. The first time, I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and got home to find out they had given me the chicken salad sandwich instead. The second time I decided to give them a try, I ordered the turkey BLT and they once again gave me a chicken salad sandwich… is this like some go-to substitute you guys think will suffice when you don’t want to or can’t fulfill an order? They also didn’t include the chips that come with the sandwich or the extra bag of chips I ordered. Not sure what the issue is, but I’m afraid I’m not going to be back.

Friendly and fast. Stopped in for a to go order around 6pm. Employees were busy with pick up orders. They were quick and threw in few extra pickles when I asked for an extra. ❤️

Overall, a very good experience. I was taken back a bit by the price of the Italian, however, it’s extremely tasty and high quality for sure. I still think it could be a couple to a few dollars less, but really that would be the only complaint if it’s even a complaint at all. As I mentioned, the food quality was excellent.
Amanda, Braiden and Ainsley possess exemplary people skills and are in the right line of work. I’m sure that management recognizes this but it warranted a shout out. Now that I think about it, and I forgot to ask, Amanda seems like she’s could be in management. Anyhow, all were highly professional, and customer service oriented. I live in Dallas, but I will return if I’m hungry and in the region.. ..
