Running Deep
We like McAlister’s and have eaten at multiple locations in multiple states. We tried this location on a Monday around 5 pm. It wasn’t busy when we got there and there was only one couple in front of us ordering. Placing our order and getting our food was very slow, and it seemed that they were understaffed. There were several people getting pickup orders, which might have slowed the service down. We weren’t in a hurry, so it was fine to wait, but we were disappointed with the food when it finally got delivered. My wife got the Pick 2 with a French Dip Sandwich and a Cup of Chili. The plate looked underwhelming (see photo), but it tasted okay. Didn’t the chili use to have cheese sprinkled over it? Maybe a different restaurant, but the manager did end up giving my wife some cheese when we asked about it. I got the Pick 2 with the Spicy BBQ Chicken Crunch Sandwich and a SW Chicken & Avocado Salad. They originally gave me the wrong dressing, and I didn’t realize it until after I had put it on my salad. The manager offered to make me a new one, which was great since when I got the remade salad, I realized that the original salad didn’t have any chicken on it. You can see that in my photos. The remade salad was great, and I liked the sandwich. Based on other reviews and the responsiveness of the manager, I truly believe that our experience was not typical. We will go back and give them another try.

So we came in about 20 mins before close and from Jasmine at the front counter to the MOD Bailey to the girl in the kitchen they were so friendly, happy to help and created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere! I can’t wait to go there again. Hopefully they will be there as they created a perfect atmosphere to dine. The food was also delicious!

Brought the family here to get a late lunch. They were pretty busy this day, and the line to order was a bit longer than normal. They only have two registers, which slows down ordering, especially during lunch or rush hour. This was my dad and exchange student daughter’s first time eating here. She couldn’t believe how big the spud was, and my dad said that his portion was just right. He felt the roast beef could have been cooked a little longer for him. My husband had the sweet and smoky chicken. They left the paper to the cheese on, and he bit into it the manager did have another one made for him. It feels a little cluttered in there, but they have a good menu selection, so we’d go back.

I got the veggie spud. When I sat down with my husband I noticed a hair in my food. I am a germ-a-phobe so as soon as I went to the register the manager took care of me in such a pleasant and professional manner. She gave me a full refund and a remake or something else. She was on point, they made me a salad and it was good. I appreciate them for their quick service and the leaders professionalism.

Amazing experience and I felt very welcomed to the establishment. Mr. Marquis(Lemon) was very professional and courteous and welcomed me in and took my order promptly instead of trying to act like he was busy and didn’t see me and that speaks volumes for customer service. The manager Ryan helped me with a Military discount and it was greatly appreciated. Please let them know they are doing a great job as that acknowledgment keeps the motivation up to continue to do well.

I want to say Jennette is definitely an important part of your establishment. From the welcoming greeting when we walked in , to the friendliness of her customer service when we went to order. She checked on us to make sure everything was good & if we needed a refill. Awesome experience because of Jennette.

They have a couple workers there that are amazing! They have been there since they open this location. And they are so kind, helpful, welcoming and make this place. So sad I never see Des there anymore, he was the G.O.A.T. he made the best drinks, he was friendly, helpful and personable. He even went back and warmed up a Brookie for us when there were none up front. Where ever Des is now I know he is making the place amazing and touching people’s hearts. Our family still talks about him.

Haven’t been there in awhile because everything seemed to shrink… but today… everything was amazing and the sandwich was large like they used to be. The broccoli cheese soup was amazing. Keep it up… very very good.

Behind the register was just okay but atleast not rude.
Ordered croissant sandwich. Bread was slightly over toasted (picture). Several ingredients left off so I had to go back and ask for them. Avacado had dark spots (picture).
I love McAlisters flavored lemonade and teas. The Sugar Plum sweet tea is delicious!

McAlister’s is absolutely amazing! Every time I come in for lunch, the staff is always so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The service is fast, the food is always fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere makes it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a good meal. It’s rare to find a place where you’re treated so well every single visit, but McAlister’s never disappoints!
