We moved here a little over 3 years ago and this McAlister’s has been the highlight of the town. They now know our order before we even get there, they know my kiddos, and they are just the kindest, hardworking people. We have been to other McAlister’s when traveling and not one compares to the service we receive here. They go out of their way to know their regulars and we are so grateful. We had a fabulous experience at the Cleburne McAlisters today. The Spud Max was maxed out with toppings and I devoured it. To top it off, our service was impeccable. AJ was so attentive and took care of our every need. Hudson, our cashier, was also wonderful. He had superb customer service. 5/5 Will eat here again.

The biggest complaint with this location is how slow they work. I placed an order for pickup and generally those are a grab and go situation. Here I am writing a review waiting 20 min so far past my pickup time. I placed the order at 6:42p, pickup time according to the app was 6:56. Finally picked up at 7:17pm. Dont plan on ordering ahead if you are on a lunch break, you will probably wait your entire break getting your food

After a busy evening with work and kids practice my family decided to dine in at McAllister‘s and we had an amazing experience as always. Aj was Very polite and nice, he made suggestions on the menu Specifically about the lasagna soup, which was amazing. He made sure our drinks were full and made sure to check up on us. We had such a great experience at McAlister’s! The decor for Free Tea Day was so fun and festive — we loved it. AJ recommended the peach cobbler cheesecake and it was absolutely delicious. Falisha, the manager, came by to check on us and made sure we were well taken care of. Great service and even better food!
