I’ve had some good experiences with this place in the past, but today’s NY sandwich was unimpressive. A little mustard schmear, a small blot of melted cheese and rolls of mild flavor meat on a flaccid bit of mild bread.

New store and staff is very helpful and friendly. Food is excellent and in line with every other McAlisters I have eaten at. Mac and cheese was a little soupy, but still tasty. Will definitely be back!

The savannah salad was delicious …. the fruit cup was NOT good at all. This $3.99 fruit cup contained $1.50 worth of fruit. That is, including the strawberries that were way past expiration date. Even with the delicious salad, I would not return as I feel that do not pay attention to food quality.

Lately when I order salads there are missing ingredients. I usually order through the app and pickup at the drive thru window. A month ago got the Pecan Berry salad and when I got home the pecans were missing. This past Sat ordered the Southwest Chicken salad and got home to find no chicken was on the salad! I’m 15 min away so when I called about it I was told I could get a complimentary salad next time I was in. Today I went in to get the free salad and ordered the Pecan Berry salad and had them add red onion and cucumber. It was brought to me saying it was all correct. Got home to find red onions and tomato was added (which I have a food intolerance to tomato so had to pick them out). I’m doubting I’ll ever eat at McAlisters again. When they first opened all was great. Now it’s alot of goof ups. So pay attention if you get a salad there!

Glad to have McAlisters in Nac. We frequently went to Lufkin McAlisters. Everyone was really nice & helpful. Had BL+A sandwich. Gave 4 stars because avocado was rock hard. Probably because of massive amount of customers as newly opened. We have loved the potato salad at the Lufkin location but this wasn’t quite the same as Lufkin has a touch of sweetness to it. I am thinking everything will get ironed out once the restaurant is opened a bit longer.

Great food, but a bit on the expensive side for a sandwich. The staff was pleasant and patient with us while we made our first order. And the sandwiches didn’t disappoint. We will be back on the rare occasion that we have about ten bucks to spend on a sandwich. 🙂
