This was my first time visiting, and I was hoping to find a delicious veggie sandwich or sub (definitely not similar to Subway! ). As a vegetarian, it can be tough to find a good place to eat, but this restaurant was amazing. They had multiple vegetarian options, and even the desserts offered a variety of choices. I will definitely return if I find myself back in Muskogee! Tomorrow, July 17th, they are offering free tea for everyone who visits this place.

We are in town for a golf tournament and decided to have McAlister’s after a hot day in the sun. We made an excellent choice!!
We met Mikey at the front. He was so kind and didn’t pressure us or make us feel bad for taking awhile to decide what we wanted. (It’s hard to make a decision when you are hungry, hot, and everything looks good!) Mikey was so great!!
We sat down for less than three minutes and Cheyenne brought out our delicious fresh food. Wow! So impressed with the timing and presentation.
The GM obviously does a great job by hiring such amazing employees…the ones we met and the ones in the kitchen who made our food. Thank you!

Don’t get food fixed they had food out instantly when I ordered which is strange but wanted chipotle ranch not regular I hate the regular. Thinking about walking out without a refund cause it now takes more than 20-25 mins to fix just a potato. Now tell me they aren’t reusing orders that people didn’t want.

I ordered a club sandwich with potato salad and a water with lemon. I asked for extra mayo on the side, and they gave me 3 mayo packs. I took one bite out of my sandwich and decided to get up and ask for some more packets. When I turned around the girl KILEY that cashed me out removed all my food and drink and stacked other dishes on top of my food. I said what are you doing I took one bit of my sandwich. She said they would make me another one. No apology nothing! The new sandwich comes out and its completely wrong. I asked for my money back and she try to defend herself at the register. You have got to be kidding me !!!!!! I will never go back there, and my company will never cater form them ever again.

Food is extremely expensive and borderline unaffordable. I went to the restroom and when I returned, all my food was thrown away by the staff despite some of it being completely unopened and my jacket was still there to signify that I hadn’t left. Likely will not return.

We was greeted and our orders taken by Henry. Everybody was pleasant and looked sharp. The place was very clean, bright and welcoming. My sandwich and soup was delicious and it was my first time to eat at McAlisters. Henry stopped back by our table and got us refills and brought a to go box. Awesome lunch and I will for sure be back.

The Caesar salad was not too bad. the sandwich was not too bad. they weren’t great but they were not bad either

The Mac n cheese tasted awful, $5.50 for a “large” and was given a tiny to-go cup. When we went to use the restroom the employees threw away my full drink and the rest of my party’s food despite us still having belongings at the table. worst waste of $20 and the restaurant smells like the underside of a boat.
