I’ve been to many McAlisters. This place makes me believe customer service is not dead! All the wait staff were welcoming and provided friendly service. The sandwich was fresh; the soup hot, but not too hot. They even asked a few times if I needed a refill for my drink. I’m impressed, so much so, that I will visit more often. As I do, I will update this review.

OK, this is hard. I loved McAllisters, but something went terribly wrong. Their food is bland. Everything fresh seems to be gone. No broccoli and cheese soup. No bread bowls. No Angus beef, what happened. We paid $6 for 8oz macaroni for it to only be 4 to 6 oz. 4 to 6 oz is various depending on the person making it. By the way the sides are also 8oz, look at the photo. Can someone tell me why? And yes we did complain and ask questions, the answer? Thats just how McAllister is doing it.

This is my first time reviewing anything online. This restaurant has messed up almost every time I have ordered in my memory and made more mistakes on my order this evening so I finally am doing this. This franchisee is doing one of two things. Leaving out part of the orders intentionally to mess with people, or simply not capable putting together a complete order. Every time I order from this restaurant something is missing, whether it be a whole main dish, dressings to the salads, pickles with the sandwiches, etc. Something is missing. Every time.

McAllister is no longer accepting hundred dollar bills U.S. currency. I’ve been going to this restaurant for some time now. Recently , stop in a few days ago , and they no longer want to accept hundred dollar bills. At the time that’s all I had to pay but fortunately , was able to dig up enough out of my pocket to cover my bill. Up on checking with this with my attorney.As long as there is nothing posted on the walls or in the window this restaurant cannot legally stop the flow of one hundred dollars bill currencies. I am not sure why they are refusing to accept larger bills rather than smaller ones.’s. But what they’re doing is illegal , and I plan to turn this in to the authorities. They have to legally have it posted somewhere to be viewed by the public.If they’re not accepting larger bills for whatever their excuse may be.

Food is delicious, but I was given a cup of moldy fruit as a side. We normally really enjoy it here, so when ordering to-go we didn’t think to check the quality of our orders till we got home. Disappointed in the lack of accountability or effort from the employees to do their job.
