I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Marianna Guin aka Mari at McAlister’s. She was such a sweet and respectful young lady. Her customer service was top tier. It was my first time eating at McAlister’s and she was very attentive, patient, and she made sure everything was right with my order. You can tell she genuinely cares about people. It’s rare to see that kind of positive energy these days. Keep her around, she’s definitely an asset to the team! Thank you Mari!

Tell me how I order 1 thing and get something completely different, but the manager is confused about how I got the wrong order when our order was the first order of the day. The sandwich we ended up with has turkey, ham, roast beef, mustard, no dip, mayo packets.

We come here often.
After we sat down the lady brought our food.
I had a question about the receipt.
Apparently their prices have increased.
The kids meals are now $3.99 and the sides are no longer included, they are an additional $1.25.
That’s fine, but the look on the employee’s face and the way she explained it was literally the most rudest experience.
If answering a question is such a problem, maybe just stay in the back so you don’t have to interact w the customers.
The bread was burnt. You can clearly see it but the served it anyways. I didn’t send it back, I’m not risking the already rude person spitting in my food.
The prices is NOT WORTH the food we got. My daughters Mac and cheese had little pieces of colored stuff in it that she had to pick out.
Almost $30 for garbage food and crappy service.
Do better McAlister’s.

I ordered a Southwest Chicken and Avocado salad through their website. Less than enthused when I made it home and I ended up with a Southwest Avocado salad. Not sure how you miss one of the two key ingredients in the name of the meal.

Went tonight for early dinner with our 2 grand kids 5 and 18 mths. The lady that I asked to get us a high chair could not have been nicer. She wiped it down and followed me to our table with the high chair. We talked about grand kids while I got the smallest situated. Once my wife returned with the oldest, she came back several times to check on us. The littlest started with a melt down so we had to leave in a rush so I didn’t properly thank her but she made our dinner outing so much easier. Thank you! The food was great…Ruben, baked potato, famous macaroni and cheese! Will be back soon…

Stopped in for lunch food was hot & fresh. Service was fast and the lady taking our order was really nice. Her name was Sarah. Would highly recommend this McAllisters. The manager stopped by 2 times and checked on us himself.

Having had the Deli items before in a different state…. I knew what to expect food wise-Good sandwich menus. Line was stacking up and A taller gentleman came to the front register to get my order lightning fast.(1 star +) He was super awesome and even whipped up the gallon of tea my dad decided to order late. Our food took super long to get prepared for some reason… When I say super long I mean 10+ minutes.( – 2 stars ) All items came out accurate and hot (1 star +) chicken tortilla soup was tasty, spicy chicken sandwich was delicious, Caesar salad was crisp and green! Big minus was with the tortilla chips for the soup… My hand sealed bag had a Penny in it. If the penny was supposed to be in there – Cool! But just me thinking about how MANY hands not washed had contact with the penny… Chips didn’t get eaten. (- 1 star). Overall my visiting family was not impressed with the speed of service for the price paid…even though I got a penny back. We might give this McAlisters Deli a little time before returning. That’s really funny but the first thing I see whenever I pull up this store is ‘convenient pickup options’. I see that as funny because I almost picked up somebody else’s order from a delivery van swerving directly into me not once, but twice before I’d even gone a quarter mile away from the restaurant. I didn’t even want any sandwiches. I was just trying to go home.

No more chances. We love dining in but Curbside orders are never complete or are unsatisfactory/ disappointing. If we don’t check it, we always get home with things missing. Tonight I checked and i thought we had everything (missing kids cookies!) not only that but the kids fruit side has a MUCH smaller amount than we’re used to (shrinkflation?), and my avocados in my potato are actually rotten…
I’m sorry but this is not an isolated incident and other people complain about the same things all the time… you all charge too much for this to be happening sooo often, when is it going to change???
