I had a really good experience at McAlister’s Deli. The food was fresh, tasty, and nicely prepared. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken and fruit, and everything tasted very fresh and balanced. The portion size was good and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. Overall a great place for a healthy meal or sandwich, and I would definitely come back again.

Checked in on app and email and it said we have you checked in. Waited over thirty minutes in my car for curbside. Walked in and waited over ten minutes to get someone’s attention. Order was sitting on counter and tjr girl said you didn’t check in. Several people came out and brought food so they saw me there at least four times, same girl! Also I order bull soup and they give me two normal
Bowls instead of big container. It would be cheaper to order two bowls instead. This is the second time they’ve done this at this location. At the other location it’s always the big container which is way more soup.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at McAlister’s Deli, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The salad and chili I ordered were nothing short of superb. Each bite was fresh and bursting with flavor, truly a testament to the quality of their ingredients.
The service was equally impressive. The staff member at the counter was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I also appreciated the attentive service; someone came by to clear my plate promptly after I finished, which added to the overall positive atmosphere.
The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant dining environment. It’s always nice to enjoy a meal in a tidy place!
Overall, my visit to McAlister’s Deli was delightful, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food and excellent service. I can’t wait to return!

I’ve update my review for a couple reasons. 1st is that the GM Christopher called me shortly after I posted my initial review and was very apologetic. He asked me questions about the issues we had. He offered to buy our next meal the next time we came in. I appreciate that he acknowledged the order was not well put together and tried to find a remedy since we weren’t able to return same day.
This time our order was perfectly fine and the food was really good. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will say it was also a very slow night since it’s a little later on a Monday. So food came out quick.
I would still suggest if you order mobile or to go that you just double check everything before you leave. Our only issues have come from to go orders and not in store.
I usually love McAlister’s but the Yukon location has really been struggling for a minute. Seems like every time we order especially to go, something is messed up. One time neither my husband or my salad had dressings. This time my McAllister club is missing the lettuce and is cut really awkwardly to where once slice is all crust. My side of mac and cheese wasn’t even full. In the photo it’s after one bite.

Had a late lunch/dinner. This was the perfect stop. Dined in and was not disappointed. The service was outstanding. I was check on a total of 4 times in my short time inside by 4 different people. Cleanliness was great however I never went inside the restrooms. The food was amazing. Will definitely return for that salad

Went for dinner at 7:20p on a Saturday night. The staff had 3/4 of the store closed for mopping and all customers were shoved in a quarter of the store. With people still coming in. They just didn’t want the area to get dirty.
If you don’t close until 9pm, you don’t shut down all your tables 2 hours before the doors close. When you still have customers coming in looking for places to sit.

We were the first customers there today, and they greeted us with big smiles, and they welcome as we entered. We couldn’t decide if we wanted to dine in or take it to go, but the young lady said just dining in so we did. She suggested the passion berry tea and it was delicious just as she stated. A gentleman by the name of Eddie came by to check on us to make sure we didn’t need anything else.

I literally cannot believe how good the Memphian is. I ordered it to split with my daughter, no tomato. No spicy mustard on her half. The meats on the sandwich or so juicy. The mustard and the mayonnaise work together so well. It’s one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had

1st time in and decided to do Choose 2 Chicken Tortilla soup and Alvocado BLT both were really good and refreshing. The other dish is Spud Max and Veggie Chili. Everything was so fresh to include my lemons for my water (included the picture). The staff was very friendly. The young lady that was working the register around 9pm on 6/28 was even considerate enough to come tell us which was the safest route to the door because she had just mopped. This was appreciated as a disabled veteran with week balance right now. As I ordered my food I observed the GM talking to guest in the lobby and as I went to the bathroom observed him talking to guest that had a pick-up order. Both times he was very pleasant. As we got our meals he proceeded to our table and asked about the food. He carried a nice conversation with us and offered suggestions for our next visit. The restaurant was clean and being cleaned. Seen and heard the pride he takes at this location. I like that he talked to his staff respectfully and was overall a very nice guy. This first-time customer will return, you have my business! Thanks Christopher and keep up the great job!!
