I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time thinking it would be super busy since it just opened. They had it out and ready to go by the time I arrived and the staff was very accommodating, they made sure to get me my food as fast as possible and took my payment while in line because my food was ready. Not to mention, the sandwich was phenomenal. I will be going back many more times.

I got the choose two option and the food was great. Atmosphere was really nice and clean. Only the second day open so they were busy but still got the food out in a timely manner. Service was good. They did ask if we needed refills a lot (could be annoying for some people) but it didn’t bother me and appreciated them checking on us.

Staff is very rude and unprofessional. Came into the drive through in the morning and the employee at the pick up window did not give me time to speak at all and quickly shut me up to then rudely yell at me and mock me.
The employee told me leave the drive through since I did not have a pick up order. This place is brand new to the town, I didn’t know it was pick up only. The employee could’ve let me know nicely, I did not have to get yelled at and belittled in a drive through.

I work at the store in Lawton and was in Chickasha so I decided to check it out because I know and trust the general manager. The best service from Cody and the other manager. They made sure everything was in my to go order. Awesome job Chickasha McAlister’s! My dad said the red beans and rice was a bit spicy but really good, and he also liked the toffee crunch cheesecake.

First time having anything from any McAlister’s location. Downloaded the app and ordered online. Online format super easy to use! Only issue is I wish there was an option to make my drink with “light ice”. Ordered for drive thru/ window pickup.
Sweet Tea is great. Will be getting that Tea Pass on the app for sure.
Ordered their Spicy Southwest Chicken sandwich. I’m weird and hate ranch so I switched out the chipotle ranch for honey mustard. This sandwich was flavorful and delicious! And honestly the honey mustard with the spice and flavors of this sandwich went very well together! Potato salad was my sad and it was great also. My only complaint about the food was that I didn’t get my pickle spear lol. I love pickles but I will survive.
The lady at the window was super friendly towards me personally, but I have heard many things from multiple people about the food being great and the employees being rude. I am happy this was not my experience. 🙂
