This is a great spot for a comfortable dinner at the Hilton Denver Inverness. The food is great, especially the Mac and Cheese, the ambience is great, with golf course views during the day, and the activities are very entertaining, with 2 pool tables to enjoy. The bar seating is 21 and over.

It’s downstairs inside of the Hilton hotel. When we arrived there was no one running the hostess stand and was told by the bartender, ” hope a server notices us to come by and get our order.” We waited over 20 minutes for someone to come take our order. The food itself is good but over priced. No brewery vibes at all, and they were out of several of the beers our group ordered.

Service was awesome and food was good…the location blows, its really hard to find. Typical golf course clientele, it absolutely felt like a hotel bar or afterthought with hotel prices…no brewery/pub vibe at all..but our Server and food runner work their tales off…so thanks to you two. I miss the family and local vibe of the Blake street but i guess this is progress.

This Breckenridge Brewery is inside the Hilton Inverness. They have ample beer selection and even a few cocktails. I got their fish and chips and washed it down over a couple beers (they had the Inverness lager which is a location special) over live music. After the meal, we had dessert at the hotels bar and got another drink. Can’t say enough about the convenience, accessibility and quality of the food and staff (hotel and brewery both).

Nice outdoor dining ambiance. Nacho plate was HUGE, but just okay. Chicken on the nachos was cold. Wings were good. Service was SLOW. Our waitress was watching the hockey game and neglecting her tables. We waited almost 20 minutes for her to initially come to our table. She also had to come back because she couldnt remember what we irdered and didn’t write it down. In the meantime, waiting for her to initially come to our table, we looked at their menu online and decided what we wanted. The two things I wanted weren’t on the current menu. Annoying. Update your online menu, please, get to your tables faster, put a QR code on the tables for the menu, or take your menu offline…something.

Carson is the absolute best bartender ever! This girl is amazing! She found out I forgot my wedding, bands and wet and got me a substitute ring to wear for the week because she wanted me to have a good week. Love this girl she deserves the highest praise.

This Brewery is inside the Hilton. Has collection of beers and cocktails with booth seating, bar counter and games like pool tables. Food tastes good. Fire cracker shrimp and chicken nachos were good. It has a good collection with of food menu with nice ambience and good customer service.

More of a golf place to golf and drink which is really nice. But to meet some one to find a connection with some one i would not recommend unless you bring your date here. Or big party meetings good for that. Service was kind of rude. Less your in a big group.
