I love McAlisters. The food is good, staff are great, environment is nice. But the price has continually gone up, now a “choose 2” meal is $15. It’s not a lot of food for the cost.

My coworkers and I visited McAlister’s Deli on our way to Hot Springs last month! The McAlister’s Deli Team was friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean and there was plenty of seating. Our food was served in what I considered a timely manner. I ordered the choose 2 with a garden salad and a cup of their chicken and dumplings. It was delicious! Perfect portion for lunch! Thank you, McAlister’s Deli!

Food was delicious as usual. Staff was friendly. I ordered a harvest chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. I don’t think it even has a tablespoon of chicken salad on it. I left starving. Makes me not want to go back.

I went to lunch with a few ladies from church. I ordered a McAlister Club Wrap. I thought the wrap was rather stiff not soft. Maybe I should have ordered a sandwich instead. Not exactly what I expected. I’ll try something different next time.

The food here is absolutely amazing a I. The service we received today was outstanding provided by by an employee named Riley. She did an outstanding job, was extremely friendly and exceptionally helpful.
The restaurant was extremely clean including the restrooms temperature was just the right temp.
There was not a single employee that I noticed that did not have a smile on their face and was happy to be working here.
Management must be done an outstanding job in the selection of employees and the way they are treated.
My family and I will definitely be back for many more purchases to be made here at mcalister’s deli.
