Took 20 minutes to order at the counter.
Staff was more concerned with having the restaurant ready to close than taking care of the order.
Then my kids got in trouble for walking through the chairs to go to the bathroom.
We arrived 90 minutes before close at 7:30 on a Friday.

My mom and I ate here on Monday and it was delicious. McAlister’s is my go to lunch spot no matter where I’m at. My mom was visiting and we both thought it sounded so good. The lady taking out order was so nice and the gentleman behind the counter was as well. The food was delicious and so was the sweet tea. I love the grilled chicken club and the country potato soup. You can’t beat it!

I tend to come here on Sundays after church. The food is always consistent, portions are big (I get the pick two combo) and fills you up. Service is decent and food comes out pretty quickly. Haven’t really had any issues. It does get pretty busy at times.

1st time visiting and really liked it. Comfortable, welcoming atmosphere, friendly people working there, and the best Reuben sandwich I’ve ever had. You get a decent sized drink and a side item with a sandwich. And don’t forget the pickle. I chose the cucumber and tomato salad for a side item and I recommend it. If you leave here hungry it’s your own fault.

We’d just played tennis for 2hrs and were famished and ready to eat. They’re were at least 2 dozen places to chose from, and boy am I happy we stopped here.
Upon entering, the very first thing I noticed was how modern and updated this location was. I hadn’t been to one in about a year so this was a nice surprise. There were a few TVs on but muted.
First stop was the bathroom ro wash or hands. A young woman had just cleaned and mopped the floor and told me ro be very careful. It smelled nice in there, nothing on the floor. I have a thing about bathrooms…
I couldn’t decide what I wanted, but I knew it had to have avocados in it. The crew member suggested the spicy turkey and avocado sandwich. That was a winner!!! Turned out to be my new favorite. Sooooo good.
Definitely coming back!

Good location for lunch when we travel from Denver to Tennessee. The staff was pleasant and the food was pretty good.
I got their pecanberry salad and my husband got their club sandwich. My salad was actually really good! It was very fresh and much larger than I was expecting. My husband said the sandwich was good, but it was very small. I don’t know if that is the normal size sandwich at all locations, but I’m fairly certain it is much larger at other McAlister’s we’ve been to in other states.
Overall a good stop for lunch while traveling through the area.

We come to this location at least twice per week for lunch or dinner. Always great service and the food is really good.
**My only complaint is when you order extra dressing on the salad – it costs $1.00, but sometimes they give you 1 extra cup of dressing, other times they give you 2. When I asked a manager how many extra cups are included in the $1 upcharge, she assured me it was 2, yet somehow they consistently put only 1 extra in the window orders. For a $1 charge (especially considering it’s dressing, not meat or cheese – which tend to cost more) , it needs to be double the amount you normally include.
