The restaurant was clean and well staffed. Ordering was a breeze! Food was delivered to our table hot and fresh. At least 3 times an employee came by the table to see if we needed drink refills or anything else. I was so impressed!!

It has been years since we have had the opportunity to eat at a McAlister’s. I used to love eating there when we lived in Springfield, MO and this time it definitely did not disappoint! Very impressed with the quality of sandwiches in the time it took to make them! The lemonade tea was perfectly made!

We enjoyed our lunch and being able to visit. But it was really odd that the staff was talking to, and refilling drinks for everyone around our table and didn’t acknowledge us at all. It was all good though.

The food is delicious. They have a large variety that can be ordered in any way you want. The prices are reasonable. The service is very good. We were able to stay longer, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Plan to return soon.

This used to be the best place to go. Its now become run down in service. I did not get what I ordered. This is the second time. The four cheese grill had one small piece of cheese on it. I asked for black olives. It didn’t even have the tomato it comes with. They are out of things constantly. We asked for steamed broccoli. We got broccoli and cheese!?!? Is that even on the menu!?!? The Shiloh MacAlisters is probably one to avoid.

Really nice, cozy and friendly place. Good customer service, have asked several times if everything was alright and if a refill was needed. The place has a very old-style fashion, which is nice. Got the New Yorker with macaroni, and it was more than enough! Value and quantity was therefore fair.

Love a McAlister’s spud or sandwhich. Great and friendly service. Food is delicious as always. Was disappointed they didn’t have spuds one time but the sandwhich was just as good. Short on staff but they do great with what they have.
