My husband and I had lunch here today and the food was fresh, delicious and fast. The restaurant is clean, well decorated and bright. Temperature was comfortable. The customer service was excellent and we were checked up on by staff on multiple occasions to make sure we don’t need refills or anything else (and they did this without being overkill). They were very friendly and helpful. I had the Pecanberry Salad and my husband had the McAlister’s club and chili. All of the food was flavorful and it was a great value for the portions we received. We also had lemonade and iced tea which were well made. Definitely recommend.

Walked into this place and immediately felt welcome! Michael quickly made friendly conversation with us, Maddi stepped up to take our order and her energy and suggestive selling was on point! Sam had my food ready really quickly, and the Memphian is absolutely amazing. Definitely wasn’t thrown together and was absolutely delicious! Just a really great atmosphere and really enjoyed the interaction from the staff! We will definitely be back!

You really don’t find good service anymore at fast food chains, however the manager Maddi is always giving exceptional service each and every time I visit! Being a regular customer at this location, it’s always nice when someone notices you, knows your order before even saying it, and just overall makes eating here even more enjoyable. Thank you Maddi!

Our food was good. The service today was terrible. They are out of bowls, and I said just give me 2 cups instead and she said that she would have to charge me for the 2 cups. It’s the same thing. The girls behind the counter just didn’t seem to care. They were out of lids as well. It was annoying. Hoping for a better experience next time.

After sitting at the order menu for over 10 min I pulled up to the window as I’m calling the store phone still nobody ! So I went in and took about 3 min for someone to come to counter David he said his name was very unprofessional laughed in my face and said he don’t care who I call. This is who you guys have running your store ?? We stopped here on our way home and this was the BEST McAlister’s we’ve ever been to! The staff were so friendly & David made our visit amazing. If we are ever in this town again we will definitely be stopping by. I think it’s also worth noting that my husband got a baked potato to go.. look at this thing!!
