I had a half of a chicken Caesar wrap and a fresh crunchy pickle the first time I ate here. It was really good so the next time my fiancé and I came in to try some other delicious food. Unfortunately we were disappointed. Fiancés soup was lukewarm and came from a bag, as was my Mac n cheese. I had the French dip sandwich. It tasted ok. My fiancé had southwest chicken sandwich. He said it had no flavor. My pickle was very soggy. The thing we were most surprised about was the side of Tortilla chips which looked to be the size of a child’s handful of chips. The bread was the best thing we both ate.

Our clinic recently had lunch brought in from your deli for our staff, and everything was wonderful. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Each lunch box included a sandwich, chips, a pickle, and a cookie, which was the perfect combination. I also ordered several salads and fresh fruit, and they were just as fresh and flavorful.
The pricing was far less than I expected, which was a very nice surprise. Thank you for the great service. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will be spreading the word.

Our first time at this Deli and it was really good! We got the spicy turkey melt and Reuben and they were fantastic! One of the workers, Jacob, made our experience amazing! Very friendly and seemed like he enjoyed his job. We will be coming back!

McAlister’s in Mankato is a great spot for generous portions and fresh food. The sandwiches are big enough to split between two people, and I even saved half for the next day — reheated it in the oven and it still tasted fresh. Definitely a place I’d come back to again.
The only thing I’d suggest is adding a dipping sauce option for the sandwiches, which would take them to the next level. Otherwise, excellent food and great value!

Great addition to Mankato! Absolutely loved the pick two: McAlister’s Club and Savanna chopped salad with the Sherry Vinaigrette and the best Sweet Tea! Inside is absolutely beautiful with a lot of seating to accommodate both big and small groups. They have a wide menu that offers something for everyone – which is huge when trying to decide what to eat. Service was fast and the staff was amazing from the second I walked in the door! This will be our new go to restaurant!

Atmosphere is extremely nice and inviting inside. Staff was friendly and got our meal out quick. Lots of great options for sandwiches, salads, sides, baked potatoes, and desserts! The smoky pepper jack turkey sandwich and new Yorker (pastrami with brown mustard and rye) were very tasty and fresh. I absolutely recommend this place and am happy it is now open in Mankato!

Ordered a sandwich and said no mustard. Got my sandwich and it had mustard on so I went back in and they instantly apologized and made me a new one! They totally understood and did not at all make me feel bad for bringing it back! All the staff was super helpful and the service was excellent! The food was great too!! Thank you again for making my sandwich the way I wanted it. I highly recommend this place and will definitely go back again.

ordered through their app about an hour ago got the french dip 12’ with au jus and received no au jus so was left with a dry bland tasting sandwich, partner got the pick two a grilled chicken salad and a pulled pork potato. Salad was perfect but the potato was burnt. usually they have my orders perfect but unfortunately they completely gave up half way with this one. safe to say don’t order online especially through their own app if you want it made right!

I hate to post a bad review but I have to. I witnessed staff making my ready to eat food with no gloves on. I brought it up to staff and they shrugged it off and giggled (teenagers) and when I asked for a manager they told me the manager was there, but then came back out telling me the manager was not there. I asked for the managers number or email, and was told they can’t give me that information. I threw my food away with no refund. Which SUCKS BECAUSE I LOVE MCALISTER’S. I will be contacting whoever I can to get this figured out. I am disgusted.

Good food, great friendly staff. Checked on us twice. I would avoid the Mac and cheese, its food service quality and kinda pasty, not real melted cheese.
