Ordered online today and was disappointed to not have Witch’s Brew Lemonade, but its delicious and i understood…however, Ordered honey bbq pork nachos and some genius added chilli to my nacho cheese sauce?! Disgusting! I love that the cheese sause is kept separate for deliveries so the chips stay crisp. BUT chilli in my cheese sauce?! Very sad

This place has been here for a while now, and I finally took the time to go. I have been to a few McAllister’s, but this one has been my favorite. Clean, friendly service, and the food was amazing. I have never had bad food at this chain ever. This one just was the best! My sandwich was hot, fresh, and just the perfect flavor. I had the horseradish roast beef and cheddar. It was beyond my expectations. My side was broccoli. I need the greens. Then I had the chicken tortilla soup, which was just as good. I went with an unsweetened peach tea. Overall, I felt good about the meal and don’t forget the pickle. The not only checked on me once but three times. I almost thought it was too much like when you walk into Best Buy and every employee asks you if you need anything. Overall, it was a great experience. Owosso needed a well kept up place like this. Great place.

The building is brand new and beautiful! Absolutely loved it, the menu is creative and diverse for a sandwich shop.
The staff was friendly and helpful. We were there a really long time and we had better service than a lot of actual sit down restaurants I’ve been to lately!

McAlister’s Deli is great place to meet with others, and grab a reasonably priced lunch or dinner. Their dining room and kitchen (which you can see in) are always very clean. I’ve tried over half their menu and nothing has disappointed yet. They also have a rewards program which is worth signing up for as you receive discounts and other promotions.

The food was fantastic and fresh as always! The environment was very clean, and all the workers were very sweet and helpful.
The bathrooms were spotless, which I absolutely appreciate! We were greeted warmly when we came in and wished a great day when we left.

He was very kind and incredibly helpful around the restaurant. As someone who likes to observe my surroundings, I could tell he is a very hard worker.
He was going around the restaurant asking people if he could take their plates, checking if they needed anything, and looking around to see what needed to be cleaned or done. He has my utmost respect, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work.
Will absolutely be back, and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Great restaurant and great service!

Good atmosphere. You can take a seat and order from the app. They are well-staffed. The management and team was very attentive and responsive when an elderly woman fell during my visit. The food was good. Especially the broccoli soup. I was hoping for a bit more meat on my club sandwich though. Oh, and the drinks are huge. Will go again.

Food was DELICIOUS!! My husband and I went inside and ordered from the table APP. Took about 20min to receive. Chicken Tortilla Soup was PERFECT. Spicy. Yummy! The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars was the service. Not one person was smiling or happy to be there, rude and short with myself and other customers. Not a good look being a new store in town. But the food was PERFECT. We decided not to let the workers bother us and ruin our lunch so we left and ate in our car.
