The last three times we’ve gone, the food has not been good. Got the cheese pizza, took a bite, it was frozen.
Got a baked potato, you could tell it was reheated plus they didn’t include the butter and sour cream we requested.
Got the kids grilled cheese sandwich on two separate occasions and it was so hard, it was inedible. What’s going on?

The lettuce in the salad was not to my liking. Lettuce was a little old, needed fresh. Otherwise, was good. Roast beef sandwich was huge, two sandwiches full of beef! Looked delicious!

Just had lunch here ordered the choose 2. Very disappointed and pleased with the portions Soup was normal, but the sandwich that I ordered the chicken salad sandwich had one small tablespoon of chicken salad and the rest was bread and lettuce Ask you if this was normal they said yes I would never order that again. I gave this place a second try after a terrible experience, I regret giving them a second chance. Ordered a baked potato, selected Butter to be given with the order and none was given. The Mac n Cheese was not good at all, as if it was either reheated, or left out all day. The quality of this restaurant has severely deteriorated and needs someone to come put it back in check.

Stopped by on our way home from Indy and very disappointed. It’s a new place but please retrain your employees. Ordered online and once we got to the pickup window employee asked what we wanted. Once I explained I had an online order and was told they didn’t have the order I was parked. Employee came out after a bit saying they had no potatoes and wanted to know what we wanted to do. We changed order to a sandwich. Got a brownie for the inconvenience. Drove home to find out the sandwiches were pathetic. All the meat and cheese was wadded into a ball in the middle of the sandwich. Also, when I paid online it asked to include a tip. I normally decline giving tips online and wait til I pickup order. When I checked my receipt there was a tip automatically added even though I punched in zero. Didn’t appreciate that since I got poor service. Won’t stop there again.

Where things fall short is in quality consistency and service follow-through. The potatoes are smaller than you’d expect and often undercooked, which can be disappointing compared to other local spots. Pricing also feels high given the portion sizes.
Dine-in tends to offer the best experience. However, I’ve run into repeated problems with mobile orders, delivery, and catering. There have been multiple occasions where catering arrived late, was missing items, or didn’t show up at all. When ordering delivery through their website (which partners with DoorDash), I’ve had orders canceled last-minute with little accountability. It’s frustrating to have the restaurant offer delivery as an option, then pass the blame when it doesn’t work out. If I were in management, I’d either take more ownership of the process or remove delivery as a service option entirely.
