Video says it all, I’ve been coming to McAlister’s ever since I can remember. This is WATER… I paid almost $19 for half of a sandwich and a cup of yellow water.
Good riddance if the company is that hard up for cash just close your doors. I’ve had better soup at the soup kitchen.

I had a really great time! It was my first time eating there and the food was amazing!! All of the employees that we talked to were friendly! Especially this one sever, I never caught her name but she had long black hair that was in two little braids, had darker skin and had a cute tooth gap! She was such a nice lady, shoutout to her! She was really helpful and just overall an angel!! Will be eating here again!

The food here is about as good as it can get for a deli. Very tasty and fresh, and lots of options for any palate. There is a large amount of indoor seating and a smaller amount of outdoor seating so, even if it’s busy, you’ll likely find a seat. The food does take a bit of time to come out: I think I waited about 12 minutes for my to-go meal, but I would probably be suspicious if it came out in a shorter time frame than that. All in all, a good deal and a good meal.

I had been CRAVING McAl’s all weekend. I was prepared to be disappointed in some way…BUT the sandwich, mac&cheese, and sweet tea were perfection! I needed something to go right today, and it was you!
So many high praises I sang… the next day my job wanted to get us McAlister’s as a special treat. My order wasn’t included and wasn’t going to be delivered. My boss was refunded. But damn…I wanted my French dip and mac and cheese so bad!

I like their grilled chicken Caesar wrap and their mac and cheese, along with their strawberry lemonade. The staff is friendly, and it only took a few minutes to get seated. We got our food within, I’d say about 20 minutes.

Ordered a Turkey BLT, it came wrapped like they wrap sub sandwiches except it was a sliced bread sandwich so it was rolled into a ball also,so much sauce that made even the crust soggy. First time I’ve ever had this happen. You’re a sandwich shop, had one job and failed.

A solid lunch spot. Can be very busy during the week though. They do a solid job of getting you through the line and making sure you get exactly what you ordered. Lots of big tables for larger groups as well as some outdoor seating. I always get the delicious sweet tea and either a pick two with a soup and club sandwich or a chicken caesar salad. The refill marker is a great idea. Just flip it to Green if you want a refill and they get you taken care of.
