Our most recent visit was disappointing as we waited over 20 minutes for our order and both meals were missing ingredients. After a long wait for our food we were informed they were out of pork and would chicken be okay. After more waiting we got the food but it was missing toppings on one and avocado on the other. I was provided the toppings after asking but was told they were out of avocado. Will be hesitant to return to this location

Great place to grab lunch! The broccoli cheddar soup was some of the best I’ve ever had in a deli. The southwest style salad was very fresh and chili lime vinegrette had the perfect balance of acidity, spice, and sweetness. The price was very reasonable, for 2 adults and a toddler was under $40. The atmosphere was calm and quiet with polite and helpful staff.

Been to many McAlisters Deli and I feel robbed. Had our order delivered and this is by far the most disappointing experience and the worst. We eat often at the Carmel location and they give so much more food in a full size box when ordering the pick 2 but here they deliver in a tiny little box with two paper thin avocado pieces in both the Southwest Chicken salad and 4 even thinner in the garden turkey sandwich had tomatoes in the pictures online and I didn’t get that either. Wow! Stay away from this location!

We go to this restaurant from time to time and I’m always hopeful it will be better than it is. They are always clean, the staff is usually helpful, and the menu is expansive.
But. The good while looking good on the menu doesn’t live up to the final product. Portions seem small and not much meat to the sandwiches.
Their tea and lemonade are great though as well as the deserts.

Usually order here for pick up and never had an issue until today. Ordered a spicy turkey melt that was barely the size of my palm. It had barely any lettuce on it and the sandwich was toasted too much because the cheese on it hardened. It was also missing the avocado that goes with it. Incredibly frustrating when you get home to find you didnt get what you paid for

If i can do Zero stars I will, I just left like 30 seconds ago, the ladie behind the cash register so rude, my kids were so excited to go in there she was so unprofessional kida give us dirty look like she was no happy to see us there. Now I get it why this place have 4 starts.

**Edit: I’m not sure if there is new management but it seems like there has been improvement.
This is the second time I have came and my cheese hasn’t been a full cup. I ordered the nacho basket and a cup of chili. Paying $7.00 for a half full cup of cheese and a few chips is ridiculous.

Went in to order takeout today. They were being so nice that I gave a 15% tip which I never do for carry out. Anyways, my food was okay but when my husband opened his sandwich up there was a huge BITE taken out of it. Neither him nor I took a bite of this sandwich. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed that I spent money here after seeing this. Also, why do they always forget when you ask for extra pickles? I will never eat here again!

Drinks especially the fruit punch I had was basically water even when i asked for a drink from the front both were water, so they dont refilled the dispenser properly…food is so expensive for a quality. Restaurant is basically ran by teenagers which isnt their fault, they’re respectful but could use alittle more adult staffing for quality control. The meals (6 inches sandwiches) was almost $40. Its not worth revisiting.
