Bathroom looks like the toilet hasn’t been cleaned in weeks.
We ordered a salad and paid to add avocado. Not only was it missing the avocado, but it was missing the tomato that comes with it.
The 10$ child’s pizza looks like a 1$ frozen pizza.
Said light on mayo. They didn’t put any at all.
Pickles are so smushed that the juice is leaking out of the bags onto our sandwiches and is inedible.
Staff was unfriendly when they stopped talking amongst themselves to address our needs.
Online shows gluten free when the menu inside does not reflect that. Staff said even salads are not gluten free. We had to go elsewhere for that person.

I ordered the veggie spud and it was the best one I’ve ever had at a McAlister’s. The potato was cooked soft enough. There was a good amount of veggies for that size potato and the amount of sauce was perfect. It tasted delicious and was just the right texture. My husband ordered a sandwich without cheese because he’s lactose intolerant. They got the order correct and he enjoyed the sandwich despite it not having cheese. The bathroom was decently clean. I had to change my daughter’s diaper and I felt the changing station was well sanitized. They also had a high chair for my 18 month old which worked great.

I had not been to this location in several years as my previous experiences were average. The restaurant has improved greatly in terms of food and service so it is nice to have this option as it is convenient for my routine travel path.

The person that took the order included items that we asked specifically not to get or include he was also a little lazy rude and did not seem to enjoy his job. I placed my order for choose 2- ultimate nachos (no olives) and chef salad (no croutons)…and cheesecake on the mobile app after working a long day. My order was ready when I got there. A young lady asked if i was there to pick an order and asked my name. A second young lady practically tossed my bag of food at me then turned her back to me. The first young lady did tell me to enjoy the rest of my day. When I got home to enjoy my meal I realized there was no ham or turkey on my salad. There was also no ranch dressing (but I had some in my fridge). Also, my ultimate nachos did not have avocado…which I was looking forward to and was the reason I didn’t add avocado to my salad.
I called the restaurant to see about possibly getting my correct order. Someone answered the phone only saying “ho…” then placed me on an indefinite hold. After a while, I just hung up.
I hate to leave a bad review because I usually get good service during the day time.

I went on 9/2 for lunch. It was horrible. The gave me a dry veggie potato with hardly any cheese. I poured my veggie chili on it only to realize my broccoli was molded. So, I ate the brownie and tea for lunch. I called back to speak with a manager. Britney was less than pleasant and hung up on me when I asked for the store manager and corporate info.

I ordered a takeout almost 3 weeks ago. The order was wrong when it got home to me. I caaled and talked to a supervisor. Since I live out of town, I just got a chance to come by and they were so nice to me and replaced my order. I am so appreciative.
