Staff was super friendly, but I needed to use the restroom before ordering. Literally a health code problem and they had the handicapped door locked. Dust on every surface and a random paper towel roll on the wet counter. I haven’t eaten all day, travelling from Houston, and they literally put rat chewed crackers on my salad! How did you not see that? I ate the soup and will be reporting to the state’s OSHA program and McAlister’s corporate Monday. This is the nastiest McAlister’s I have ever seen in my national travels…ever. Ive eaten in cleaner bait shops! Check my reviews!

Professional, clean, quick, tasty. This is a good McAlister’s. My only complaint is the tomato and cucumber side salad was slightly frozen, but the rest of the food was perfect. They weren’t super friendly but were not unfriendly– just all business and everything was done quickly and correctly.

Wrong size, sandwiches not cut, old left out food. Terrible taste, service, and staff in the evening. There is a reason you only see people there during lunch rush. Don’t bother wasting your time going here in the evening.

The guy who took our order was patient and kind and knowledgeable with the menu. He was very accommodating and friendly! The lady who brought out our food was very friendly and the food was fresh and delicious! Loved the sandwiches and salad. Best service ever!

We placed an app order for two teas while traveling. We stood in line for 20 minutes. The lady in front of us gave up and left after 10 minutes. One young man taking orders and taking food to tables. He gets 5 ⭐! For taking care of this all with such calmness. No one else was up front working . I used the restroom while my husband waited in line. The restroom wasn’t the cleanest ⭐⭐. At least there was tp and towels( not in machine). Do better! Get this young man some help!

Terrible service almost every time I go in to have dinner. I guess I’m a gluten for punishment. If you decide to eat here, be prepared to endure a staff that is clueless, stuck in LaLa land and not thinking. Next, you will deal with managers that are aggravated that you would actually come into their facility to sit down and eat a meal. Yelling and talking to the staff in a loud tone. Please for the love of everything in this world please go ahead and pass this Mcallisters up and head to the Pearl location. This one should just be shut down. I’ve had enough. To the owners: please install cameras with microphones. Listen

$15 for a wrap that isn’t even as big as my finger. My daughter’s sandwich was burnt. Will not go to this location again. I will forever take my business to Flowood or pearl.

Men’s restroom was out of paper towels. female restroom was out of toilet paper. How is it possible that your employees are washing their hands and not noticing they are out of paper. Plates are dingy… Do y’all wash these??? Sandwich was prepared fine and broccoli was fresh.
