The food was absolutely delicious, the chicken wings, truffle fries, burger, and Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were all phenomenal. Everything came out fresh and full of flavor. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area great food, great service, and great vibes all around.
Not anymore.
Visit on 10.18.25:
Let’s start with the fries and onion rings. Absolutely disgusting. So over-fried and drenched in what tasted like reused oil that they were barely edible. I actually got a headache from them. Left half behind—which is rare for me, since I hate wasting food. But the trays were literally swimming in oil.
The drink:
I ordered the “Tombstone.” Big mistake. Tasted like watered-down anise and nothing else. Killed any desire I had to enjoy a drink after a long day of ghost hunting.
Appetizer – Chicken wings:
Clearly frozen, probably straight from Sysco. Barely thawed, barely seasoned. And yet? Still the best thing we ate all day.
The burger:
Absolutely awful. Our server messed up the orders—my wife’s was supposed to be medium, mine medium-well. They were flipped. I never send food back, but had to this time. What came back was worse—smelled like burned pig hair. (If you’ve ever been to a pig roast, you know exactly what I’m talking about.)
To top it off, later that night and into the early morning, I kept waking up needing to run to the bathroom. No idea what happened back there after I sent the burger back—this is why I never do.
The bill?
For wings, 2 burgers, a quesadilla, one cocktail, and three small beers: $140 before tax and tip. No way. Not worth it.
I’ll never go back, and I highly suggest you don’t either.
We started with beers – opting for the special stout, Left Hand’s Milk Stout. Unfortunately the beer wasnt cold when served, somewhere between lukewarm and cool.
Our buffalo wings were great, with crispy skin and some good, spicy flavor.
For burgers, I was torn between the Riley and the special blend burger from the top of the menu. The waiter recommended the special blend. It was tasty but the bun was soggy and falling apart by the end of it. This, however, didn’t deter me from finishing it. The fries were excellent.
Overall, it was pretty good. I don’t know why the beer wasn’t cold but they were a little busy so maybe it sat between being poured and being served. Overall, I would recommend trying them.
We also ordered the cuban sandwhich. Could have used different pickles though. Just saying.
The stars of the meal were the fries! Had a spiciness to them. Tasted freshly cut. Restaurant had cool ambience. Plenty of unique wall pictures. Outdoor seating a plus too. I brought the pup.
There was only one server for the entire restaurant, so it was obvious he was run down towards the end of the night. Still kept a goos attitude though and was pleasant.
