Only a 2 star because this is the first bad experience I’ve had. Waiting in pickup line for 20 minutes to get a broccoli and cheese with this glob of something I have no clue what was. Clear gelatin like glob in my soup. Also got a sweet tea that has 0 sugar in it. Just overall bad experience. For a person that was looking forward to a quick good meal on lunch break this was bad. Gotta tighten up

Waited 30 min for a sandwich and soup when I didn’t have time to wait. When I got the sandwich, the bread was soaked in grease like it had been made an hour before. Severely understaffed. Business owner needs to hire some more help. They didn’t stand a chance.

No worker. Took too long to get a salad and a cup of soup…20 min wait on sandwiches. Then, when I got the food, I asked for a fork and spoon because they were not in the bag. The server told me that they were out of them. THEY SHOULD HAVE SAID THAT BEFORE I ORDERED. Now, how am I supposed to eat. I have burned my entire lunch hour for nothing!!!!!

I was there for 30 minutes for a nacho basket (chips, and cheese) they had to ask me multiple times what my name was and there were at least 5 other people waiting on their orders when I left who had been there over 20 minutes.
