Located on Cool Springs Blvd in Franklin, TN, this restaurant held up the standards of sandwiches for this chain. Hubby enjoys the Italian, and it was made well and tasted like the ones he’s eaten at other McAllisters restaurants. The tomato cucumber salad was disappointing today. The balsamic flavor was watered down. I had the Black Angus club with chips. The flavors melded together well. I loved the bite of the horseradish and red onion paired with the meat, cheese, etc. we received great service and even had someone check on us midway through the meal. That doesn’t often happen at many fast casual restaurants in our experience. The place was clean and organized.

Went in after lunch around 3:30pm on a Tue and it was perfect. No line, great customer service and food was fresh and delicious! Large portions so we brought some home for later. We ate here yesterday and had to come back the next day for more. Wife had French dip, and I had the King Club. Yesterday I had the regular club.

Staff are very helpful and kind. They recommended the Grilled Chicken and it was great. People were enjoying conversations and eating. Great food, staff and experience.

We were here for a quick lunch on a Sunday afternoon and we were appalled by the unbearable service lazy and rude. Food quality was unbeatable as we had a fly swimming in our lemonade ice tea. When reported we were told they are short staffed pls beware of this place.

Nothing to write home About. My fiancée is really big on this chain, and this is only my third time eating it. We went in Murfreesboro 11/25 and she ordered the Turkey crunch and I told her I ordered that but I thought it would be crunchy, she’s says it is and shows me the chips stacked on it to give it the crunch. I proceed to tell her the one I had at the above restaurant wasn’t made like that. Jump to today when I give them another chance and just like last time they skipped on the crunch part of the turkey crunch. Food is good but the quality of food is poor in that it doesn’t provide what is shown.

I’ve eaten here a number of times and the service has always been friendly and quick, the food tasty, and the prices reasonable. Weekday lunch time it can get very busy, but it’s still quite quick with your food. Flexible menu options like half salad/half sandwich also. I’ve heard the giant spuds are awesome, but I can’t eat here and not get the Orange Cranberry club (pictured).

At 6pm they apparently had no baked potatoes (which really was the only thing I wanted). I chose something else and was overcharged. I pointed it out several times but it didn’t matter. The cashier (Cashier #3) did not care nor did he try to make it right. I swear I was overcharged for a regular sized drink. NOT happy. Check your order and check what they’re charging you here. $16.11
