McAllister was a great. The nachos a amazing. The sandwiches are nice and fresh. I enjoyed the food and the staff is great. Thank you Marissa, Kayla, Devin and the rest of the crew for your great service. The only thing id like to see change is more people there to take orders and keeping the restrooms clean.

Stopped by while shopping in the area. Got the walnut chicken salad sandwich, with potato salad as the side. The chicken salad sandwich was really good, but felt a tad small for the price. Additionally, the potato salad was good, which genuinely surprised me. Service was prompt, but they weren’t busy at all. Parked in front.

It was my first time at a McAllister Deli. I went there to try a reward coupon that I received. Initially, I was unsure what to expect. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by the service and food. The manager and server were exceptionally good and helpful. I tried a Spicy Southwest Chicken sandwich, which was amazing (excellent soft bread with amazing content).
The server even came to me and asked if I was ok. I would surely recommend this place and go again!

When I’m craving a good sandwich, McAlister’s is one of my go-to spots. The service is usually quick and smooth—especially if you avoid the lunch rush. My favorite? The Jalapeño Turkey Crunch with extra mayo (a must for that creamy kick). I usually pair it with chips, but the mac & cheese is a solid choice too if you’re in the mood for something warm and cheesy.

Now let’s talk sweets—the brookie is dangerous in the best way. It’s my guilty pleasure, even though I try to pace myself. And I can’t forget the sweet tea—it’s consistently delicious, even though I always ask for no ice and somehow still get ice every time (we’re working on it, McAlister’s).

They’ve got a full sandwich menu, and honestly, it’s worth exploring. I give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars. Sometimes the consistency can be hit or miss—like bread not toasted or missing extras I requested—but overall, it’s a great spot. Shout out to the McAlister’s team for keeping those sandwiches coming!

Food was great and fresh. The manager with dreads was friendly and helped assured bring food to table. I did have to wait about 8 minutes in the lobby before I was greeted and taken care of even though 2 employees did come out to the front but did not say anything at all. No one also offered to help assist opening the door even though I had a walker and door was not handicap accessible.

I had a horrific experience at McAlister’s Deli that I feel compelled to share. From start to finish, it was uncomfortable, frustrating, and frankly, unacceptable.

When I walked in, the worker immediately asked if we had a pickup order. We said no and ordered at the counter. I was never asked for my name, yet when I looked at the receipt, a random Hispanic name was listed. It felt like a blatant assumption based on my appearance — and a clear example of racial profiling. That same worker was the one who took our order.

Our food came out wrong and was placed in to-go containers inside a bag, even though we were dining in. One salad was missing the chicken entirely, and the other had brown, spoiled avocado. The attention to detail and quality was completely lacking.

As we were cleaning up and getting ready to leave, I asked that same worker where I could throw away our trash. His response? “Take it out to the dumpster.” I was in complete shock. I have never been told to take out my own trash to a dumpster at any restaurant. It felt intentionally dismissive and disrespectful — especially following the earlier experience.

This visit left a lasting negative impression. Between the poor service, lack of care with our food, and the racial profiling, this was one of the most unwelcoming and inappropriate experiences I’ve ever had in a restaurant. McAlister’s needs to seriously address how customers are being treated at this location.

The food was fine, but it took over 20 minutes to receive our food. When I got my hot sandwich the meat was cold. There was music playing loud over the speakers and different music playing loudly from the kitchen – very overwhelming. Not worth the wait or atmosphere.

Ordered McAlister’s Deli (via GrubHub) for the first time today (4/1/25). The club sandwich for my friend was well-made with ample toppings. My French dip sandwich was not worth the exorbitant price for just a regular sandwich and certainly not worth it since I paid for extra meat. It did taste good. When my friend and I went to eat our Godiva cheesecake, I read the label–it should have been discarded on Saturday (and today is Tuesday). WTH?!!!

Today I ordered ahead because I had a meeting to get to. There were pick up orders on a shelf behind the counter instead of the designated spot for pick up orders. And there was a long line of customers and only one person at the counter and I didn’t want to rudely interrupt them while they were ordering. So I went to my car try picking up through drive thru and no one answered my call through the intercom then I pulled up to the Window and no one acknowledged Me there either so I went back inside and spoke to another employee that was now at the front counter and she quickly and rudely stopped me from speaking to her because she seemed to be on the phone with her AirPods in her ear. I finally just interrupted the young man taking orders and he got his customer a drink before grabbing my meal which had been sitting on that shelf behind the counter for nearly 10 minutes and I was late to my meeting. Just awful
