The food we received was moderately decent, but getting it was a nightmare. We ordered online. At pickup we were told she cancelled our entire order because they didn’t have avocados for one of our salads. We asked if we could have everything else and the salad without avocado. She said she doesn’t have record of the order because she “86ed it”. Super cool (please read the sarcasm).
So we pulled up our email confirmation, told her our entire order again, and she got about half of it right — the chicken salad on a salad was apparently too much, so I got a chicken salad sandwich and a children’s salad instead. We were missing a fruit cup, bag of chips, and two cookies for the kids meals, but we took the loss, grateful to have generally enough for dinner and got out of there.

Poor representation of a well known chain. I ordered a club sandwich and what I received was only half of a sandwich which looked like slop on a plate. Not sure who was making these sandwiches but they clearly didn’t know how to make it. Looked like it was thrown together without even toasting the bread. As a result, was a sloppy, soggy mess which I ended up throwing out. Not to mention, I only received half of my order. Obvious that some staff training is required. Do better McAlisters.

There were only 2 employees working. I ordered food and never got it. The young lady Etinosa was kind of enough to help us on her break. The manager, Margarita told Etinosa that she will take the order because she was on her break. If she had of let her take the order I would have received the food. Margarita stated she called the back to us but I didn’t hear it. She cannot do everything by herself so she should have let Etinosa take the order.

Food tasted great. Service was okay. Cashier was fine. Expediter was a tad lazy. Atmosphere was empty since my party was the only ones there for probably 30 mins. Place was clean but probably due to lack of customers.

Frankly I can’t believe this is run this way – Approx 1/3 of the available tables had old food debris on them – nobody tending to it. Spilled liquid on floor so you had to stand in a puddle to order, place was dirty – surprising for PTC and a national chain. The food was rather expensive and tasteless Tomato soup tasted old thick and burned. They need some workers there and someone that cares as an owner

We stopped in after at th endinf a book signing close by and the place was very clean and had a great open space layout. we ordered the French Dip and the Chipotle Bacon cheddar Spud and 2lemonades. the cashier was so nice and helpful, she was a young lady with braids pulled up and a great smile. Ler me tell you about this GIANTTTT baked potato,just wow, amazing! Some people sat outside on the patio and others pulled up in their golf cart and sat in other tables spaced out from us. This location was clean, and friendly.

The food was not tasty at all. The prices for the quality of food and portions were rather comical. The person who brought out the food noticed right away that my order was wrong mentioned it. I thought she was going to take it back to fix it but instead just put it down on the table.
