Thought I would give this place a try for lunch. Ordered the pick 2 got a Club Wrap and a Chicken and “Avocado” Southwest salad. Said my order would be ready at 12:28 waited until 12:45 at the pickup window and was created by a very unpleasant woman who basically threw my order out to me. Very rude she then look at me waiting for me to leave and said “Did you have a drink?” I said yes a sweet tea she turned around all huffy puffy to go get it only to ask if it was sweet or unsweet. I said sweet tea. Get my food back to work. My salad had one piece of avocado, lettuce was wilted, there was food on the top of my box. Just terrible service all the way around. Was my first and probably last time I visit that location.

I’ve been here a couple of times before sports events, and they are always fast and efficient. When we go, we are always first in line. You can order ahead and online, but we like to walk up. Seating outside and covered which is great. Always clean and friendly service. We usually get our food Togo. We like this chain for the pick 2 menu. Great brocoli soup and love the suggested pecan strawberry salad. It is right beside a bakery, which I haven’t checked out yet. Nice location, but be careful about that intersection at the light. Thank you for the great service and food. Gotta love the sweet tea

Twice we have ordered here and twice they only gave us part of our order. If you’re going to expedite to go orders, might I suggest you bone up on reading and matching game skills. Here’s how it works. You take the ticket and match the items with the ticket then place them in a bag if something is missing you go get it BEFORE you give the bag to the customer. Not real hard. Because after the door dash driver brings it to me with part of my order missing, someone doesn’t eat tonight. Offering to give it to me next time I am in is useless. And if I wanted to come get it now I wouldn’t have had door dashed it to begin with! How about you folks hire some competent employees to do the job.

Recommend ordering 3 business days before you actually want your food. 5 if it includes more then one item. They close at 9 but I think everyone clocks out at 7. I don’t think they are aware they have a pick up window either so don’t bother pressing that “ring for service” bell. You will get a new person everytime that will ask your name on the order. Zero communication between employees. Eventually one will turn around and see the order you’ve been waiting on bagged and ready to go beside them the whole time while 3 others walk back and forth getting ice. That cleaning checklist comes before your order.

Located in the newly developed Celebration Square with Eugenia’s Steakhouse, this marks the sixth locale countywide. Founded in Mississippi over 30 years ago, it has opened more than 400 restaurants across 28 states. Bright, open dining room that runs a mixture of booths, tables and chair and high top counter in the back overlooking the floor to ceiling windows facing the large outdoor patio. Counter staff were personable and efficient and we were soon seated waiting for our order. One of our go to regulars is the McAlister’s Club with deli fresh smoked turkey, Black Forest ham, crispy bacon, sharp cheddar, Provolone, spring mix, sliced tomato, mayo and McAlister’s Honey Mustard on toasted wheat. Meat was plentiful, veggies fresh, nicely toasted bread and plenty of flavor. Our side was the choice of mac and cheese that was creamy. Love the pickle spears that come with it. Good food at a reasonable price.

Got a salad to go and it was disgusting. Not fresh at all. My Second time getting salad on way home. First time same thing and had hair in it. Lettuce and chicken taste and look old. Couldn’t eat it I had to throw out.

We placed an order online and accidentally placed it at the wrong location. We are not from here and didn’t know. We arrived at the church street location and the man at the window said that there was nothing he could do. He claimed that ordering online isn’t safe because they have had so many hacks lately. We then asked if we could just place another order with this location and he said that they don’t take orders at the window and that we would have to come inside. We ended up just driving BACK to the other location. It was disappointing because we would have just paid AGAIN at the church street location but the employee didn’t seem to want to help us make our situation better. That’s just not good service and we will not be eating at McAllisters anymore. Very disappointed.

Food is pretty good WHEN YOU GET IT. I’ve given this place so many tries but tonight is the last time. Went in to order 2 spuds more than an hour before closing just to be told they don’t have any. You know, the spuds they’re famous for. And this is the third time it has happened. The other times I just replaced with something else but when you’re really craving a potato, that’s kind of what you EXPECT. Seriously, how long does it take to heat a freaking potato.
You would think with all the people coming into Conway for Halloween, the place would be prepared but I guess not. Guess that explains why the parking lot was empty.
The only positive is the manager was nice enough to refund quickly enough.

The food was actually good though! I had been hearing that the food was not that good.
5/20/2023 I stopped in for a to go order for some soup and baked potato for my BIL. The baked potato was huge.
First time eating at a McAlister Deli. I had chicken tortilla soup and a half hot ham and cheese sub. The food was good!! Great staff, good service!
