I ordered a McAlister’s Club with no mayo or honey mustard and the sandwich came with both. I tried picking apart the sandwich to eat the parts that didn’t have condiments but I quickly realized there was sheets of paper between the sandwich meat. What a waste of $16.

If you’re going to offer mac and cheese as a side I would recommend that it be hot, after dropping $20 bucks on lunch and leaving I have a sandwich that has way too much mustard mayonnaise and other sauces on it way more than it needs, and I have mac and cheese that’s cold really. Normally have a good experience this is not one of their better experiences, makes me question dropping $20 bucks here again.

I’m not sure who is managing this location, but this establishment needs some attention. I ordered lunch on 11/8/24 and my sandwich was disgusting. The bread tasted days old and the meat had a strange smell. They also NEVER remember to give a pickle. I verbally asked for one and she put one in my bag. The pickle also tasted very old. Extremely disappointing 🙁

Placed an order for 16 meals. When delivered the order was missing 7 items. When I called McAlister’s I was told that they gave those items to the delivery driver and there was nothing they could do. I called twice and spoke to the same woman and got the same response. I was then informed that they were busy and that she would have her manager call me, but before I could give her my phone number, she hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Order was placed through McAlister’s website. Waiting to see if I get a call back and compensation for missing items.
UPDATE: I never received a call back or a refund. Would highly recommend not using this restaurant.

Had an very unpleasant experience 2 days ago with the Manager. I work uptown and visit this location at least twice a week which means I spend a good amount of my lunch money at this location. The manager charged extra for each pump of strawberry syrup he put in my tea and over charged me for two when I only got one. Charged for extra dressing for the salad which you only get one. Also charged for chips with the tortilla soap. I use my app on every visit and never receive any coupons as well. The food a good but customer service isn’t.

This is located in BOA Plaza. The only negative of my visit was the micro size seating area. I had to eat outside. Which wasn’t the worst thing as it wasn’t as hot this day.
Got the King Club with potato salad. I was impressed with the salad. Im usually a potato salad snob, opting to eat my own or family recipes. This salad was good. I’ll actually get it again.
The King Club was good but they didn’t add extra mayo like I asked and I didn’t taste any honey mustard. Additionally the sandwiched looked neat but was poorly constructed. If you offer a King Club and ask us to pay, load it correctly. I had half a sandwich of bread. The meat and cheese wasn’t spread out evenly. Which in turn made eating this a pain. It was good but I won’t it again based off these issues.
The giant cookie is phenomenal. The Brookie was equally delicious.
Im so so on the tea. Next time I’ll get without ice. The tea is never sweet enough. But a few packs of sugar helps.
Overall I enjoyed my meal. Sloppy sandwich and all. Been a customer for years. But learned thru trial and error some McAlisters aren’t good. Which could be the case for many chains. This one is good and I’ll be back soon!

Order that cost $130 after the tip, taxes and delivery was added. We were missing parts of our order including the sour cream for the potatoes and the dressing for the salad. One of the potatoes, the box was crushed so much that part of the potato was on the lid. None of our drinks were delivered and the manager said we could come get it! Well if I wasn’t busy with MY job then I could come do yours! So no I’m not coming to get it!

I got the chicken Cesar wrap and it’s really not anything like it should be. Is it a wrap yes. Is there chicken, sort of. Its shredded not grilled and it tastes like it came out of can. There’s zero Cesar dressing, there might be a little mayo? I wouldn’t waste your money y’all.
