Received my order with items missing and almost no food, we went directly to the store to adress the situation. Per the staff since they had aperantly no vegetables ready at the time of my order they decided to just send the order out withough the proper ingridients. Instead of re-making the bowl they handed us the vegetables and complained about us bringing the food back. The staff gave us an attitude and made comments on the side. Will not be coming back here again. There was also hair in my food.

Please please hire individuals who want to work..train them..fully train them. Cashier very rude and rushed the whole transaction that she didn’t answer my question that I asked twice. No one knew how to credit or re-do the transaction. Very unapologetic in her demeanor and bad attitude. Walked away when she messed up. Sad how people can just ruin one’s experience.

The service is good. The food is very good. Before they didn’t have enough white rice to serve. Lately, that has changed. When I go, there’s always white rice available. I like the atmosphere, I wish the layout of Chipotle was more spacious. It’s too small in my opinion. When it gets crowded you feel how tiny the place is. Overall, I think this Chipotle is good.

Service: The service was unacceptable. The employee taking my order was more interested in chatting with her coworker than actually listening to me. When I pointed out that rice was missing from my bowl and asked her to add it, she made a rude comment under her breath to her coworker instead of addressing me professionally.
Food: To make matters worse, the rice was clearly undercooked. Overall, the lack of attention, poor attitude, and low food quality made this a very disappointing experience.

Every time I place an order online, it runs 15-20 minutes late. More than half the time, they mess up the order completely. The manager is nowhere to be found and should be dealt with. It’s been this way for years. You guys are the worst.

The only stars go to the red chimichurri sauce. The only reason I will be back is for that sauce. The service was terrible they rushed threw my order so fast I had to repeatedly ask them to go back and add the topping they kept skipping me on. Got food poisoning from this place. I hadn’t eaten much of anything yesterday, ate a chicken burrito and within 3-4 hours had the worst stomachache of my life and was vomiting for an hour. The next day was rough. Will never eat here again.
