I love going to this train station! They have a lot of restaurants and shops that are affordable, not like union station where you can’t even afford a bag of chips the atmosphere feels safe, they have security and Metra employees all around just in case you need help with anything! And there are other stores right upstairs on Randolph Street, so convenient!! I go there just to grab a bite to eat and something to drink! And then I go upstairs on Randolph Street to shop!

I would recommend staying away from this place. Unfriendly staff. Bar tender was on her speaker phone. No Irish Coffee as advertised. I love dive bars. This bar is a few classes below that.

Closed way early. Wanted to have a drink while waiting for my train but they closed early. Someone else that has good business sense should buy this location and make it successful.

Hours need to be updated. 3rd time I tried to grab a drink on my way home from work and they’re closed up shop entirely by 10. Could understand if I had just missed the bartender because I understand there are slow days but for almost a full months worth of Saturdays mid summer is not great for business considering the hours that are posted. Now I know to spend my money before even reaching the station because they clearly dont want it here.

Bartender was especially rude. My phone died and was trying to call my mom. I asked if she had a phone charger I could borrow she had the audacity to say i could only use the charger if i bought a drink. I walked back to the table to grab my phone and was then told i could only stay in there if i bought a drink. She was incredibly rude. It was an emergency and she’s only concerned on selling drinks? I will be calling the bar to speak to a manager. Her attitude was gross. She had blonde hair and tattoos.

It’s a nice place to wait for the train. The staff and customers are friendly. The drinks are well made, and it feels like a break from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. A variety of games and shows are usually on TV. It is a great way to kill time while waiting on your train or to visit if you are in the area.

Consistently underpoured on Togo drinks. Then she did it again on the Wednesday before thanksgiving…totally lame. Will change back to buying beer outside of station…was liking the togo cocktails…oh well. Union Station has better bars.
