Has nothing to do with the food or service. Food inside and service in store is always very good. This has to do with redemption store ove been there numerous times and have never had an issue until yesterday. I brought 11 bags of empties in and times before never received less than $22 yesterday I brought them on and received $15.45 now $7 is not much but its the fact that its a huge difference the gentleman in there was not professional at all. Not sure where the previous 2 guys were but this guy i feel didn’t really bother counting what j brought in and basically made up a number its funny because it was the same number the guy before me had.

I live pretty close to this store and I’ve shopped here for a few years, but I’m gonna tell you the quality has gone down drastically and the prices have skyrocketed! Just went in for a breakfast sandwich that used to be like $2.50 – They have doubled them in price! So just for an English muffin sandwich, one egg a slice of cheese and one slice of ham you’re paying $5 – McDonald’s does it cheaper than this!!! very disappointed and probably won’t be returning they’ve lost a customer!

Can’t even hear correctly. Ordered bacon Eggs and cheese on an English muffin with extra bacon. they gave me STEAK egg and cheese with extra bacon. Then they want to ARGUE ‘well thats what they heard’. So get my order wrong charge me extra and refuse to fix it?! Shitty service ignorant people who don’t care about you or your money dont waste your money or time.

Ordered 2 sandwiches: they didn’t put mayo on either of them. One of the sandwiches was a BLT (-No Tomatoes)…but they put tomatoes on it anyway. Even if they had got that part correct …I highly recommend you don’t order the BLT…it was 8 slices of microwave bacon on a bed of lettuce. I had ordered 1 order of potato wedges and was charged for 2 (didn’t realize till we got home and saw the 2nd order of potato wedges).

This is place is phenomenal. I absolutely love the staff and they treat me as a special customer. I always order a hot roast beef sandwich with extra mayo, and extra cheese, and they know exactly who I am and have it ready when I get out of work. I love this place and highly recommend it. The Food is absolutely the best!

Everything is pretty middle of the road, definitly not the worst but one thing I’ve noticed in the 10+ years I’ve been coming here, STOP MAKING YOUR EMPLOYEES WORK SICK. these people are handling food an money and touching everything they have to scan. You need to either hire more people, give them gloves so they don’t get sick in the first place, do somthing. If rules are in place then the employees need to do better to follow them and stay out of work if they don’t feel good
