About us Mazzios Italian Eatery It was 1961. Alan Shepard was the USA’s first man in space. Dion’s “Runaround Sue” topped the music charts. Volkswagen’s funny little car invaded America in droves. And a young school teacher opened a small, one-man pizza restaurant in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which was to be the birthplace of the growing, dynamic Mazzio’s LLC of today. That original restaurant—named The Pizza Parlor—delighted many Tulsans with the very first pizza they ever ate. The school teacher was Ken Selby, who ran his new business virtually alone and after a full day of teaching.

Not only was our pizza delicious but the service was amazing!! The lady that took our order had the best attitude so polite and seemed happy to be happy working there. Will definitely be coming back !

At 12:30 every table not occupied was piled high with dirty dishes, a total of 23 tables (5 occupied) with one employee tasked with cleaning. So, I bussed my own table, got my own silverware, and ranch for the wings I’d ordered, wondering why I’d bothered to add a tip to my credit card receipt at the register. There was no artificial sweetener for the tea, and when I asked the manager for some, he said they were having supply chain issues. I asked if he couldn’t solve that problem by making a grocery run, but he explained that individual packets of artificial sweetener are not available for purchase at the local stores, even though I know I can buy pink, blue, and yellow sweetener at several stores within a five mile radius of this Mazzios. Very disappointing visit, and my last.

Food was okay. We got there about 1 and a few things looked like they had been there a while. They did put fresh pizza out but not alot of variety. Salad bar was stocked and had a good variety.

Place is not friendly. Will not honor coupons. They said we could only use one, but nowhere was it stated that there was a limit of one. Physical location is greasy and unclean. It also took almost an hour to make the pizza. Stay away at all costs.

We had high hopes. We walked in and ordered two buffets and the girl I feel really wasn’t with it finally got our order so we could pay. Then the layout of food was way subpar. Only a few types of pizza to choose from and no desert of any kind. Looking around there were a lot of unhappy customers due to no selection and what was out there you could tell it had been there a while. So bad we won’t be back to give it another chance. I didn’t see one adult or seemed to be manager. It looked like it was unmanaged. So sad what the workforce has become.

The service and choice of pizza was horrible for the price. The pizza was burned and if there was a manger there you could not tell. It was very slow and no one was there so the girl up front was trying to rush us out. Never again will be be eating there and would not recommend it to anyone else. Really sad this used to be a really great place. If I could have left a review with no stars I would have.

I don’t typically leave reviews , but I couldn’t in good conscience not leave one today . Please please don’t go here . We went here today and the drink machine was so beyond dirty , it was covered with both black mold and white fuzzy mold , and it was thick and slimey , covering the tray at the bottom that catches everything . Right in the customers face , an employee even went over there twice and refilled the ice and didn’t even look twice . I feel like everyone is probably ignoring it , expecting someone else to clean it because IT IS absolutely disgusting . I’ve seen questionable things in public places before but this one took the cake. Once I saw that it was a no for me . If they have something that dirty and neglected at the drink machine where every customer passes by and can clearly see it …. it’s no telling what it looks like in the back where we can’t see !! I should have took a picture .

The place was nasty. It looked like they were cleaning up n in spots, but there was still food all over the floor. We were going to order a medium and he/she rang it up, but my husband saw that a large was $1 more so changed it. They could have bothered to tell us that. Couldn’t understand the person because they kept putting their hands on their head and looking down like they were exasperated. No thank you. No receipt. The food was okay enough, but there’s no way we’ll EVER come back.

I placed an online order on 8/2/2024. The food was TERRIBLE!!! The pizza was missing lot of the bottom crust, mostly burnt and stuck to the bottom of the box! The boneless wings hardly had any sauce on them very dry! $34 wasted we had to trash all of it!!!! It was the first and LAST visit!!! I will continue to drive to Richland location

This restaurant was filthy. Tables were nasty and had been not been cleaned properly. Floors were dirty with food on them. Salad bar was not up to par.We were there around 1:30 pm. after the lunch rush. No pizza was in the buffet had to wait 15 plus minutes , then only 3 pizzas were placed for approximately 12 people to be served. Workers were not clean. Upper management needs to take a look at the conditions there. My sister and I are not complainers.. This restaurant was nasty. It was a waste of my money
